Hey all... been lurking, as always lately... and i must agree with jellz... it has been getting ridiculous... thesource simply states something and everyone gangs up and immediately cries wolf... it's funny because from what i read and don't quote me, but i believe the worst thing he said was "we are all screwed." then i see, "oh rufus is gonna kick their ass!" and "this is all going to turn out"(in context) is that not the opposite of what thesource just said? so are you all just "pumpers" my god ppl, it's just opinions and emotions. Christ... i'm sorry, i just had to say something because it has been getting out of control over the past week or so... with that i say good bye and good luck to all. back to lurking...

Jellz, thesource made a lot of accusations, with no links to back it up. CSHD and Rufus are a scam, we have been taken. . .blah blah blah. When questioned in detail, he began to change his accusations, from one day to the next.
We are all in a holding pattern, waiting for the courts to decide if this is scam or not. Make a bunch of negative baseless claims, insult all tose around you and a basher lable is awarded by popular opinion.
If this is a scam, show me the proof. I have done my DD, and decided that I trust this company and RPH.
I don't think your giving anyone the benifit of the doubt. . .

SherriT I couldn't agree more... I would love for someone to prove this company one way or another. If its true we are all the richer for it yay! If it has all been false glad to finally know now instead of months down the road! We can all go back to trading pennies and making our fortunes one penny at time. (sigh)No matter what I am truely richer in trading by the wealth of knowledge I have gained from all you guys. Hats of to you all!

The fact is, is that none of us can PROVE that it IS NOT a scam. Can you? Do you all KNOW? That's my point.
I for one am a shareholder. I respect other peoples stances. But I've kissed it goodbye. I've been in the market too long, not to kiss it goodbye.
How many people are here thinking, I got screwed, this sucks. We've all been had, so to speak. But are afraid to say it here? I've been saying since this happened, that I would LOVE to eat my own words. LOVE TO. And thinking this way, I won't be disappointed of whatever the outcome. But this is serious you guys. And people should not be treated poorly or like bashers because they are nervous or no longer believe. Period.
The thing is, you have to look at all angles here and not attack the ones that are "negative" in your opinions.
*Let me also add, when I say this board has changed, I mean that this board is so full of emotion. It didn't used to be that way. Yes, there were emotional people, but not like this, where everyone is a basher, and are being paid to bash, ect. It's so emotional. People used to look at both sides without the emotion, and I don't see that happening here. So it's disappointing. There is NO room for emotion in the stock market*

i understand bittermac... however, it seemed as though he began talking court talk and everyone began jumping on him, "basher" "basher" i think i even saw a "paid basher" in there? then he states he's a small business owner and has been to court XX amount of times. then the subject changes to "wow you must be a horrible business man"(in context)... guess i've been reading this board too long... probably should take maumee's advice and take a break from the chaos............

Some of you guys need to find a creative way to deal with your anger. Let me pass along the way that I have learned, the method has worked well for me. I relayed to people in another thread a few weeks ago but just in case you missed it. I was sitting at my desk when I remembered a phone call I'd forgotten to make. I found the number and dialed it. A man answered, saying, "Hello."
I politely said, "This is JIM. Could I please speak with Robyn Carter?"
Suddenly a manic voice yelled out in my ear, "Get the right f*****ing number!" and the phone was slammed down on me.
I couldn't believe that anyone could be so rude. When I tracked down Robyn's correct number to call her, I found that I had accidentally reversed the last two digits.
After hanging up with her, I decided to call the 'wrong' number again.
When the same guy answered thephone,I yelled "You're an *******!" and hung up. I wrote his number down with the word '*******' next to it,and put it in my desk drawer.
Every couple of weeks, when I was paying bills or had a really bad day, I'd call him up and yell, "You're an *******!"
It always cheered me up.
When Caller ID was introduced, I thought my therapeutic "******* calling" would have to stop.So, I called his number and said, "Hi, this is John Smith from Verizon. I'm calling to see if you're familiar with our Caller ID Program?"
He yelled "NO!" and slammed down the phone.
I quickly called him back and said, "That's because you're an *******!"
One day I was at the store, getting ready to pull into a parking spot.Some guy in a black BMW cut me off and pulled into the spot I had patiently waited for. I hit the horn and yelled that I'd been waiting for that spot, but the idiot ignored me. I noticed a "For Sale" sign in h is back window which included his phone number, so I wrote down the number.
A couple of days later, right after calling the first ******* (I had his number on speed dial), I thought that I'd better call the BMW *******,too.
I said, "Is this the man with the black BMW for sale?"
"Yes, it is," he said.
"Can you tell me where I can see it?" I asked.
"Yes, I live at 34 Mowbray Blvd, in Vaucluse. It's a yellow house, and the car's parked right out in front."
"What's your name?" I asked
"My name is Don Hansen," he said.
"When's a good time to catch you, Don?"
"I'm home every evening after five."
"Listen, Don, can I tell you something?"
"Yes?"
"Don, you're an *******!" Then I hung up, and added his number to my speed dial. Now, when I had a problem, I had two *******s to call. Then I came up with an idea. I called ******* #1.
"Hello."
"You're an *******!" (But I didn't hang up.)
"Are you still there?" he asked.
"Yeah," I said.
"Stop calling me," he screamed.
"Make me," I said.
"Who are you?" he asked.
"My name is Don Hansen."
"Yeah? Where do you live?"
"*******, I live at 34 Mowbray Blvd, Vaucluse, a yellow house, with my black Beamer parked in front."
He said, "I'm coming over right now, Don. And you had better start saying your prayers."
I said, "Yeah, like I'm really scared, *******," and hung up.
Then I called ******* #2. "Hello?" he said.
"Hello, *******," I said.
He yelled, "If I ever find out who you are..."
"You'll what?" I said.
"I'll kick your ass," he exclaimed.
I answered, "Well, *******, here's your chance. I'm coming over rightnow."
Then I hung up and immediately called the police, saying that I lived at 34 Mowbray Blvd, Vaucluse, and that I was on my way over there to kill my gay lover.Then I call ed Channel 9 News about the gang war going down in MowbrayBlvd, Vaucluse.
I quickly got into my car and headed over to Mowbray. I got there just in time to watch two *******s beating the **** out of each other in frontof six cop cars, an overhead police helicopter and a news crew.
This really works, you can feel the anger and tension "melt" away

And yes... We all could be dead wrong, but in weight of what we know, it seems logical that Rufus has the bonds IMO.
Otherwise he's a total nut! -and if a nut, how did he take down a basher the other night in two minutes?...
As much as he flaps his lips you would think if he's a nut that he would have hung himself many times over by now...

Actually, I've been "here" over 2 years. Took a 6 month break (so to speak) and have a new screenname. So I know how it used to be.
There seems to be less "discussion". Anyone brings up something and are attacked, or labeled a basher. It's just sad.
I have written off my shares as well. I keep a glimmer of hope alive for the off-chance that Rufus pulls a rabbit out of his hat. However, if you have been over to IHUB you will realize what happens when bashers go unchecked. We don't need people here to tell us how stupid we are or to dance on the ashes of something we truly believed in. Whats the harm in cheerleading at this point? Whats the sense in listening to the I told you so's over and over. Don't be hard on people for being upset and not wanting to be overrun with negativity.

Jellz, i can't agree more... even i didn't mind an appearance of the dreaded purl... occasionally. she tended to get out of hand but at least *occasionally* she brought up SOME valid arguments...

Well edit it back in! That falls under fair use, anyone who knows copywrite law knows that's ok. No one is about to use this for any commercial purpose, just simple curiosity.
