Riddle me this. Why bash now? Nobody can sell. Nobody can buy. If we are going to go down we go down. If we aren't, then the SEC allowing us to continue trading will be the ultimate bash killer. Who would sell if the SEC gives us the official Okey Dokey? If they don't stamp us "OK" we will never get a chance. What is the point of the bashing?

it's a good point.. but then when the 10 day is up, MMs can drive it down.. so bashing to setup the drive down?

Lincoln, you don't seem to understand the process. The suspension is for 10 trade days. You won't know when we will next hear from the SEC. It takes a market maker to sign a From 211 in order to publish quotes again on the stock, but likely none will want to do that, in light of the ongoing investigation, so the stock will be relegated to the grey sheets, where it will trade totally unsolicited.

Good evening all. I see the gloves are off, and to what end? To tear down each other over veiled insults and baseless claims? There is something bigger at stake here than the outcome of this SEC suspension, or, for that matter, whether this company succeeds or fails. Each of us has a responsibility to every other one of us to rise above the anger and confusion and self-doubt that manifests itself when we are put in stressful situations.
Anyone holding a position in CSHD got a wake up call today. I would hope most of you knew about the bonds and the questions surrounding their value and ownership. Yet, if you are still here, you have made your choice.
Everyone was aware of the fact that the series of events that was to come would be unprecedented and extremely bold. Yet, if you are still here, you have made you choice.
I would go so far as to say that most people would admit that this all seems to good to be true, that the things being implied are somewhere between fantastic and unbelievable. Yet you act surprised that the SEC would want to take a timeout to validate and absorb the things we have all had months to work through.
I can find no pity for anyone still holding a position in CSHD who was not sure of why they were still here after the numerous opportunites to sell over the last few weeks.
As for the negativity that has surfaced over this suspension, what did you expect? These boards are constantly being monitored by egomaniacal posters attempting to extract a brief pleasure from the opportunity to assert a sense of power and knowledge where none is present. They purport to have a mystical vision as to how the future will play out when really they are watching the game unfold along with the rest of us and have nothing upon which to base there arguments. They exist because some investors are not confident in their decisions. They show up when the atmosphere becomes unstable.
To those who ask legitimate questions and attempt to infuse educated responses, cheers to you. Whether this company succeeds or fails you will have played a useful part in the system.
For those who blather on as if they have any insight beyond public knowledge, I pity them. Their motives are selfish, destructive and serve only to help them attain a level of self-worth in this anonymous venue that they are sadly unable to attain in the real world.
In the end, fortunes will be made or lost and we will each be left with the decision as to what type of person we will be, what type of life we want to live. Now is the time to exemplify your values, to rise above, to show compassion for those who choose to attack you in uncivilized and hateful ways. You have made your choice if you are still here; try acting like you belive in your decision.

This is my thought ... if we continue trading, given any modifications possible via the SEC, we hold our shares, and the shorts still have to cover their positions ...
Have you ever considered how the shorts could ever come out of this anyway?
With as much naked shorting, as has been going on, and we all knowing how much this stock may be worth, when would we sell to give the shorts a chance to cover?
Most sentiment seems to be centered around taking some profit, but leaving most run with company development ... there would very possibly, not be enough shares to go around, all awhile the pps is climbing through the efforts of covering shorts, institutional buyers and those of us regulars who just buy more shares. Rufus may have orchestrated something here to absolutely rock the investment world.
Rufus, etal., has it all riding on this ... if you think we have something to lose, consider what CSHD "employees" have to lose! Also consider that they're answering the phone and being supportive .... why? ... as St Matt basically said earlier today, why be supportive all the way up to where you're arrested / convicted? ... makes no sense!
Also, if, as Sabra said in one of today's phone calls, that CSHD has given the SEC all they asked for and then, apparently, from another entity within the SEC, there was more to submit ... given there apparent quick effort, would one really think CSHD would hand the SEC lies? If so, I would think this play would be over quick! If one were going to lie, wouldn't you wait until the last minute to submit it?
I maintain that, given the shorts perhaps had a hand in instigating this SEC thing, that the SEC is very possibly just slowing things down a bit and being careful, so as not to be accused of being less than diligent in allowing a mega force in the business world to enter the NASDAQ ... just being careful - CYAz! IMHO!

I've been trying to get someone to halt this stock for a long time...I'm glad...it's requiring all the Broker dealers the 15C-11.
