what kind of document did he refuse to sign?
They apparently had a document that would have been Rufus affirming ownership of the bonds or something to that effect, but also included an out for the short positions...at least that is my take on what I have heard/seen. Basically, if you don't let the shorts off the hook, we are going to court....

Gotta go to church. Please someone post on the interview tonight. I will more than likely miss it. my husband tends to preach long!!!! And as for the comments about being in court , I am one of those people that do not share the theory of the customer is always right and yes this has lead me into civil suits . Other legal issues have been as simple as questioning taxes applied to properties I own or filing documents to help with rewritting laws that pertain to my line of work . In my line of work , the big issue is what can you legally install on your vehicle and still maintain factory warranty . Its an ever changing law and must be kept up with .

If you are in this state then you failed to follow any of the requisite rules of investing in pennies.
Get a thicker skin and deal. I trust my personal DD and that which is subsequently confirmed by others.
There are posters that bother me because out of ignorance and inability to throttle their emotions they can whip a thread or room into a tizzy making the whole effort worthless to everyone.
If you can't take it step AWAY from the keyboard.

I bought 1K shares * 1.00 500 * 1.98 and then 500 * 2.00 the rest were bought from $2.20 up to $3.78 I believe . My break even point is about $2.20 a share . Now if this thing starts trading again , who knows what it will be worth but I can tell you that some people I know have told me that we will be lucky to trade on the grey sheets after this is over . These people have no interest in the whatsoever and have simply answered my questions as best as they could .

I think I am a little more pleased than cautiously optimistic...I do agree that formal, in court, is the way to go. In the long run, it will help us more than hurt us. My only two real concerns are:
1) Just because it is right doesn't make it so. Rufus can be right as rain and still have the decision go against him.
2) This could take a very long time to play out. Not necessarily, but it could....
Anyone else in the same boat? GO RUFUS!
