No I have not been able to read these docs. I tried back when the link was first posted several days ago but the site wouldn't accept my credit card info . I would gladly read over them if someone wants to host the info for me to read . I am aware of the copyright laws so if no one wants to thats fine as well .
I must say this though , what difference does it really make if he files these in the Ga. court . If he filed bogus docs with the SEC , why not with the state as well . I'd personally be more worried about pissing the feds off than the state . And I also heard a rumor of why they chose to file it in the real estate section versus where it should have been filed correctly .

What he's doing appears to make sense at a glance but its when you start seeing the other side of the story that the gaps get filled in . Is the SEC crooked ? I'm sure they are along with the CIA , FBI , DEA , Homeland security , FEMA and on and on . Power and greed corrupts plain and simple .

According to my account with BofA , they are worthless right now . Now as for the 6 for 1 deal , they don't count until they are sitting in my account along with the others .

They don't and mostly they can't . We have all seen the same info and PR's released . I believe that there is info that has not been exposed yet from both sides . I just know if we get in a gun fight with the SEC , more than likely they have bigger guns and alot more ammo .

Still playing catch up and came across TheSource's post on page 85.
Classy.
He may have a negative outlook and a blunt way of putting things. But why come back and extend an olive branch? Why would Rufus go to court without an attorney and be optimistic?
Because they both truly believe what they say.
I owe you an apology, TheSource. I labeled you a basher and didn't want to hear it.
Jellz may have something when he said to try seeing the other side of an opinion.
That being said, I still feel confident in CSHD and in RPH. I think he and his company will be vindicated and come out ahead.
I do value everyones opinion here, even the ones I don't agree with.
