Courtesy of Bilgert. This is a very good reason why we may be under investigation. We knew (or at least I was sure) this would eventually happen. Think of it as a free internal audit.
The section on red flags is real interesting and could be pertinent to the situation at hand. Example:
5. Companies in which assets are large and revenue is minimal without any explanation. A red flag exists when the issuer assigns a high value on its financial statements to certain assets that are often unrelated to the company's business and were recently acquired in a non-cash transaction. In this situation, the company's revenues often are minimal and there appears to be no valid explanation for such large assets and minimal revenues.
Also, a red flag is present when the financial statements of a development stage issuer list as the principal component of the issuer's net worth an asset wholly unrelated to the issuer's line of business. For example from a review of Rule 15c2-11 submissions, art collections or other collectibles that are unrelated to the issuer's business apparently have been overvalued on the financial statements of some issuers. While assets that are unrelated to the business of the issuer are not always an indication of potential microcap fraud, some unscrupulous issuers have overvalued these types of assets in an effort to inflate their balance sheets.
what part of that makes sense? all of CSHD assets are related to their business.
This part makes sense...now keep in mind this is someone looking from the outside...in. Whoever innitiated this doesn't know sqwat about CSHD's financials.
What I'm saying is...this could be the reason they (whoever innitiated this) used to halt the stock.

So you're either Our Street or that Lee Webb person? Now I know why you are hiding your identity, everyone knows what you are. However, if you are Purl Gurl I am surprised, because although I disagreed with her on this play I have always had nice conversations with her. Please tell me that you aren't Purl Gurl.

What exactly is your purpose for being here?
Well, Jenna, heck if I know....It seems most of you folks are reticient to express your fears and doubts, even as the worst action possible has been bestowed upon your company.
It has been painfully obvious that AS members, and to a far worse degree, HSM, have been unwilling to be open minded about this stock, to even consider the possibility that something is amiss.
Thus that is why most of you were shocked by today's event.
The moderators on this board should be ashamed for banning Purl Gurl, who has a history of bringing thorough, truthful and unbiased DD to the table. But no one wanted to hear her story, so she was sent packing. Very very lame. i've read much of her writings, and she is obviously far more knowledgable about markets, stocks, and their inner workings than most anyone around these parts. She speaks her mind, accuses or attacks no one, well, perhaps excepting your country boy Rufus, yet is vilified and slandered with racial remarks. Same goes for Our-Street, who has endured attack after attack, most all of which have severely twisted the facts of his past. Yet, so far, he has been proven to be dead on about this company, just as he almost always has been with his exposees. And don't blame him, Stock Lemon, The Post, or Lee Webb for the current problems. If the company were clean, it would never have attracted all the attention, nor would the SEC have acted. They have yet to be proven to be wrong with any of their suspensions.
actually? nobody was banned for being negative about this stock ...they were banned for being offensive...
and there are many posts available to prove their offensiveness...

Simon Noticed a few trades went through, 2700 shares (12) trades, the times were around 10:35. Simon said the SEC should be notified of this because it could prove the consiracy theory!!!

Nope, I just can't stand people who revel in other peoples misery. This may turn out bad or it may turn out good, but people who root against shareholders have no class. I just don't understand why they do it. Maybe you can explain since you like to do it as well.

Actually, the phrase, "Young fella" puts it all in perspective. Rburnout is that embittered old man, living alone, his own kids won't return his calls, you get the picture, and his sole joy in life is attacking others. What was it before CSHD? What other stock or business venture did you go out of your way to suck the fun and joy out of for some poor soul under the guise of "Just calling it like I see it". That is the problem, like you see it is not coming from a burning bush, it is an opinion, just like everyone elses. I also feel, just "Calling it like I see it" that you do have a financial stake in all of this.

Since you are female I think- I wish you were in front of me right now- toe to toe!!!!!!!
You call me stupid----- tell me what intelligent thing you've brought to this board!!
The only things I ever hear you say are offensive & obsene, the other night you thought it was important to tell people you had nothing on- and you're calling someone else stupid... What do you do for a living besides roll up tacos?
Now you will be ignored- because you are not worth a second of my life!!!

I'm not in this, in fact this is my first post on a CSHD thread, but I can say one thing with absolute certainty, you sir/ma'am are a dick. People stand a real chance at losing their entire investment here and you laugh at them? Pathetic.

I just requested that rburnout be banned as his/her last post made it quite obvious that they are a banned individual returning under an alias. That is why he/she won't reveal his/her actual name.
