One of the big issues will be wether or not it is legal for Rufus to issue the shares out.

I wonder if Rufus knows that this guy is going to be on tonight??

surf I posted something directly from nasdaq talking about issuing shares. In relation to a merger or considerations I believe. No one commented on it so I thought it was old hat. I'll have to go through and find it now.

I was under the impression he was a securities lawyer...

Is the guy an SEC Attorney or is a securities attorney? Two very different things...both will be able to offer insight...but I can't imagine he could actually get an SEC anything to go on the radio and speak...

I'm just gonna think out loud here...

But WHAT IF, Buffet and buddies wanted to start ANOTHER Berkshire Hathaway type company, they would need someone like Rufus and only now am I seeing how this stock would match what Tut has been saying about "fulfill your wildest dreams" and all the quotes that seem to be unreal...

Well, this puts some lead in the pencil!! [Big Grin]

Could you imagine, buying in on the next Berkshire Hathaway stock!!

I better go for a walk or I'm going to get labeled a "pumper!" [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

Here you go surf. It's better to go to the link and read the pdf. It states that rufus just has to notify nasdaq about the share issuance I believe.

I found this and posted it earlier it talks about a share issuance from nasdaq without being a split or divi.

This is what I'm saying...er ah thinking. I have thought this for about 6 weeks, since the meeting with the nephew of the richest man in the world. Just couldn't find any sort of link, so I kept my trap shut. I was sort of hoping this was what Tut's message was going to be about. I'm going to PM Tut about this. Will let you know when I get a response.

Who knows Chart...you might be on to something.

I'll tell you this - when we think big, we think big [Big Grin] It is rather reassuring we have enough confidence in our DD and the company not to completely dismiss this as being far fetched.

No, I don't really believe that WB is starting another company, particularly since Rufie has indicated abdicating his throne, but do I think WB would invest in an up and coming company? - of course, and why not one very similar to his own that has a proven track record of success? If the Ecowood can involve the likes of Gates, Clinton, DiCaprio, and others MA mentioned, why not have a WB backing the reinsurance?

DOLLAR13 If you belive this guy your nuts!!!
EXPOSING Our-Street.com

For those of you who have been investing in the stock CSHD, you are probably familiar with the stocks biggest critic, "Our-Street". This guy is known for his illegal tactics in trying to bring down honest running companies. This thread is here to expose everyone to who this fellow really is.

Our-Street.com is his website. It's goal seems to be a simple one. It's purpose appears to be to post slanderous comments about the company "Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp" also known as CSHD. What is the motive behind this Slander? Thats quite simple. The owner of Our-Street.com (whose real name is Timothy Miles but also goes by several Alias's including Nick Tracey) has an enormouse amount of short holdings in the company. Because of this he is trying despertly to make the stock price fall so that he can cover his shorts. This is not the first time that Timothy has done this, and it won't be the last unless something is done about his actions.

What Timothy is doing is highly illegal, and looked at as a major crime by the Security and Exchange Commission. Timothy was already charged in a prior Pump & Dump scheme that he ran with several other people. It is believed that he has made over $500,000 in a scam similar to the one he is performing using CSHD as his victim.

Timothy Miles does not always use his real name. In the past he has gone by "Nick Tracy" a scambuster out to save humanity from Stock Scams. He claimed to be living in the UK while he was really living in Oregon at the time. The website he ran under this alias was scamspotting.com. On the registration information of this site, it lists:

Quote:
Nick Tracy Enterprises
Timothy Miles info*scamspotting.com
44****002080 fax: 4257400645

The phone number listed has the country code +44 which is the UK. Timothy never lived in the UK. The fax number listed pertains to a Northern Washington address.

There are many many articles just online that describe his illegal actions, and the trouble he got into with the SEC for his pump and dump schemes. Here are a few in which part of the articles are posted here:

From: http://www.marketsentinel.com/****/2005/11/
Quote:
But it turns out that scribe Nick Tracy of London was, in fact, a former stockbroker in Oregon named Timothy Miles–and Miles himself faces SEC charges that he took part in a pump-and-dumpstock scheme in 2000. He was tried in June and awaits a verdict. No matter:Circle Group stock fell below a dollar in a year of combat with Miles and the anonymous bashers on Yahoo (and after NestlĂ© dropped Z-Trim). Halpern’s stake is down $75 million, and he blames Miles and his acolytes; he has sued for defamation. “Some of these ****gers have just one goal, and that is to do damage. It’s evil,” he says.

This is a really good article that explains the type of creep this fellow is:
Quote:
May 9, 2005 (FinancialWire) "Nick Tracy," whom FinancialWire unmasked in an expose a year ago as no stock hero, but rather a never-do-well individual named Timothy Miles charged by U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with stock fraud and charged by detractors as being a sloppy investigator who despite picking some bad apples, has almost never had his facts straight, says he's giving up his website, "Our-Street.com."
Whether that is true or another subterfuge, the irrepressible self-appointed "scam cop" has his SEC trial coming up in June. The other two individuals charged with him have also reportedly left the country. He is appealing a ruling against him in a case involving Circle Group Holdings (AMEX: CXN), and he continues to claim credit for "discovering" a phone scam involving six companies, including American Multiplexer Corp., Donini Inc. (OTCBB: DNNI), 5G Wireless Communications Inc. (OTCBB: FGWC), Innovative Food Holdings Inc., and Power3 Medical Products (OTCBB: PWRM) and their shareholders which the SEC recently said was in reality "discovered" and reported by the largest number of investors in its history.
True to his history of questionable diligence, the now apparently "former" Our-Street" proprietor has continued to suggest that the companies themselves were involved in the scam long after the SEC had said none of them were found to have been involved.

It is believed that Timothy has lived in both Oregon, and Klamath Falls, Idaho. He now claims to be residing in Slovenia. However most people don't believe this at all.

Other website that this scammer runs are:
* our-street.com
* otcart.com
* themeaningoflife.net
* scamspotting.com

IMHO.
