Did anyone notice besides Sandusky? I started in here because I always felt like a newbie. This place was deep. And still has moments of brilliance. There is definite talent here.... but so many empty comments and side convos that it is difficult and time consuming to get to "the meat." I won't apologize for the fact that this is business for me. And yea, maybe Rufus should hold our hands while leading us to Nasdaq. Especially since only approx 3 of 1000 stocks make it from pinksheets to nasdaq. If he didn't guide us do you think we would have less shareholders Dog? I do and therefore a much lower pps.
And yes this thread is supposed to be about CSHD and the feelings of people here. Sentiment and speculation apply to lots of stocks, even bigboard stocks like this one is soon to be.

I agree. A lot of people are getting too emotionally tied up in this stock, and while I understand the reason behind it, especially with the amounts some people have invested in it, it still shouldn't happen imo.

I thought the whole idea of a stock board was so ALL people could get together and talk about everything related to CSHD? Now we're starting to "filter" what DD is "right" or who's opinion matters and who's doesn't?...
The very thing we turned our nose up at (I hub) I fear we are becoming, and it isn't going to help posting only FACTS or PR's, what will help is remembering that we are all people, doing what we can, cheering on those who find, or being the one who finds that may point to the blessed "TRUTH" about CSHD.

Dog, you have been here since the beginning, bringing much needed research to this thread, I thank you for that, but in the meantime we acquired more talents in jenna and doc, look back through the thread when doc was just trying to come on board and be a part of something, there were 3 that posted in his defense,namely jenna, vin, atthebank and myself, what was so wrong with adding new talent to this thread !!!!

Rufus Paul Harris, it is my personal opinion (and therefore not necessarily the opinion of my company) that you are, by far, the most ignorant CEO whose words have ever polluted my screen, and I've seen some real "winners" in my day! I think I actually lost more IQ points than your total simply by having been exposed to your missive "To All Real shareholders;", and your troglodytic appeal to (I'm guessing) replace the mountings of paintings conjures up images (worthy of framing or even reframing?) of a jutted-browed knuckle-dragger with an "admiral" insignia Crayola'd on his wife-beater hollering for his crew to man the pumps on his slowly capsizing dinghy.
Mr. Harris, you are a micrencephalytic, ummmm, person of truly heroic proportions and if your stock were listed or OTC, I'd be short more than a dinghy's worth of it simply on the basis of your scrawl to your "real shareholders".

But you post questions here and people like 10 give you information and links from SEC filings to answer those questions - which you conveniently ignore. I may not agree with Dog on how he made his point earlier but it no doubt had a lot to do with the likes of you.

Nope, thats it. But look at the chart. As Rufus hinted we'll never close below 1.75 and this looks like the holding point to me. It reminds me of the first run to 4 bucks.

I'm sitting here stunned because I'm basking in the glow of a level of ignorance and stupidity I really didn't know existed in the populace at large, let alone the almighty "CEO of a public company."
Is "numinous" a word? And "reframe" is a particularly bad butchering of the word "refrain".
And "true statements from the CEO" smacks of the old thing about if the CEO says something, it's gotta be true. The back of my mind is littered with tickers that no longer trade largely because their CEO's were lying pretty much every time their lips moved. But everyone swore that the only truths that existed emanated from those same lips.
And "federal order"? I assume he must mean "subpoena". The few times I've seen those at the federal level, they've come from the SEC. So, it wouldn't surprise me to eventually see a "federal order" regarding CSHD and people posting about it, but it'd be a major surprise if it actually came from Roofus.
Maybe it's just me, but I tend to take a person's facility with their native language into account when assessing their intelligence, and I take a CEO's intelligence into account when assessing the value of their company. And being from or living in Georgia, despite the assertions of a lot of comics, doesn't buy it as an excuse. I know many articulate and intelligent Georgians.

Actually, 10 of 13 posted nothing that shows a dang thing is wrong with what I've been saying. Some words of Rufus's in that very very lame 10-k are meaningless. He can't do an end run around SEC requirements anymore than Bush can speak good English....This is the same 10-k that covered nothing of FHAL financials, which it surely was required to do. Don't assume that the SEC has examined the filing in any detail yet...they may have, but I doubt it. They are way understaffed. Just because the NASDAQ adminstered OTCBB allowed it to pass also is meaningless as to the validity and/or legality of the 10-K. It was passed because it finally fulfilled all their requirements, though it took Rufus three tries to get it right, which is surely a record...
Positve things to say about this company? Well, it has had a huge runup, and has made a lot of folks happy. That's great, but it doesn't mean everything is on the up and up.
