Hope is cool... facts are the reality. It is clear the company is going to let us know the facts on their own time frame. 3000 phone calls in one day to ask questions of the officers that you should already know they can't answer, or posting non-verified transcripts could endanger our company... and is definitely badgering our company's officers when they have real important business to attend to. Holding the shares should help with a short squeeze

At this point the squeeze will happen anyway because the shorter will need to buy 7 shares instead of 1 to cover before a move to Nasdaq

An announcement of a move to Nasdaq can, and I think will happen any day now.

Those who tell you that CSHD cannot move to the Nasdaq because they do not meet the listing requirements are not telling the truth. **************s.com folks have provided all of the proper DD and Rufus has confirmed that the company is eligible to make the move as of a couple of weeks ago. Please listen to the Subpennyradio.com interviews with Rufus to hear it yourself.

Again, if this was a split or dividend as stated by people who want you to hold your shares, there would have been dates and statements in the 10K and Nasdaq website confirming a split or dividend. There is not the case. Rufus has stated the facts and those facts have been confirmed.

All that is left to do is wait and watch. The shares will appear on or about 10/30/06 in your account. That means that the extra shares could appear tomorrow or sometime after 10/30/06.

For newbies the short squeeze and move to Nasdaq will provide at least a 100% move from here as the 52 week high was 4.00 pps.

15 dollars per share is reached for shareholders as of 10/16/06 when you have your 6 extras shares and the pps is 2.15 or higher. This means that at 4.00 pps the shareholders who get the extra 6 shares, even if they sold the original share after 10/16/06, would have 6x4=24.00 dollar per share or 7x4=28.00 per share if they held the original share. This is much better than the original 15.00 per share option or a company buyout at 15.00 per share.

Trade, hold, add, or all three, it is up to you. The only way you lose in my opinion is if the pps is below 2.15 pps on 10/30/06 and that is highly unlikely at this point.

The 15.00 price reset has already taken place as of 10/16/06 and the extra shares for shareholders of record at close of business 10/16/06 will be received. They will receive their extra 6 shares of CSHD for every share they held on 10/16/06 close of business on or about 10/30/06. Period.

As of 10/16/06 close of 1.80 pps

1.80x1= 1.80
1.80x7=12.60
1.80x6=10.80 (extra shares from threshold price reset)
10.80/1.80=6 or 600% gain payable on or about 10/30/06 even if you sold your shares after 10/16/06

Those extra 6 shares are working to make money for you right now. This is a WIN, WIN, WIN, WIN situation!

Pre 10/16/06 shareholders WIN!
Post 10/16/06 shareholders WIN!
Short squeeze players WIN!
MOMO traders WIN!
