This may take a while, but I am going to check with the OTC to see if it is public information as to what brokers sponsor a company to be listed.

We dont know who the MMs are / were. But, i suspect that it would be in everyones best interest if those MMs did not file right now. Again, there is an open case....watch for results.

I can't believe you hung up the phone with out asking him who that original brokerage was? I know I have been on this board and staring at the L2's for months now and I can't tell you which MM originally backed Furia and the FHAL, and is now involved with CSHD.
Quit acting like it is something that we are supposed to know and are missing. It seems to mean nothing in the big scheme of things and really since all MM's were forced to re-file it really doesn't matter. It could have been any or none of the 48 MMs that were quoting when this security was halted.

Jenna that brings back tons of childhood memories. I thought only my mom did that. God I hated it when all I really wanted to do was sock my brother even harder!!! Ruiz- if you want to respond to someones quote - up above their post you'll see quotations, click on that & it puts it in your new post but it will be bold- It took me a little while to learn that when I first started posting....

Jenna my brother is only eleven months older than me (needless to say I wasn't a planned event) We were always beating each other up and for the record 90 percent of the time I won! Black eyes and all! Anyways back to the stock...

I feel at this point your either with the company or without. Nothing has changed point blank even if we do trade on the 6th you either buy, sell, hold. Even if we do trade on the pinks and we win I feel we will get everything worked out.

Of course there is a way to get screwed... When dealing with discount brokers there always is. Scott Trade and other brokerages use MM's to initiate their trades. As example, If the MMs that Scott Trade uses does not re-file then Scott Trade can't trade CSHD. You would then have to Transfer you holdings to a brokerage whose MM is trading the security. It will be rather easy to tell which a simple phone call to Merril Lynch, or some other major house and ask them if this security trades and they will be able to tell you.
I mention certs only because it makes things much easier. You walk the certs to Merril Lynch or who ever trades CSHD and deposit them as you open the account. They settle in a few days like a check would and you start trading.
Transfers can take a while when the stock is not trading... even longer if the brokerage is in a short position.

BTW -- who made you God in determining what dd is appropriate or not?

Man, for a group of people talking about a stock that can't trade right now...you're awfully worked up.
Back away from the keyboard. Stop reading Repos' antagonistic posts. He has no more clue what is going on than the rest of you. He has done no DD on this and you all let him work you into a frenzy.
the 15c's need refiled by every MM going to quote the stock. In so doing they must disclose to the company their actual position in the stock. So if we are 1,2 10, 20M short the who, what and when will be disclosed.
The MM's have nothing to worry about if the bonds are not real. If the bonds are real they have a real issue.
I am pretty sure I know who is looking at who and who is being investigated right now in this scenario.
I remain unconcerned. We will win or lose accordingly.

Exactly the point I was going to make. Rufus said this halt is a good thing due to the 211 forms. I think he finally explained that each MM would have to file the form and disclose their short positions. I wonder how this will effect the short squeeze. I'm going to look into the forms and see what all info needs to be inputed.

I'm not sure if some posters did not use the right word in stating that CSHD "settle" out of court because I always thought that word implied some guilt but to avoid high court costs you "settle" outside of court. Was the wrong word used or do you really mean "settle"?
Another point I was thinking of is if everything does check out and MMs are really millions short cant they just say "ooops my fault I cant afford to cover so I'll just pay the fine" becuase if everything does check out I would think there is no way they would be able to cover 70 million shares without going bankrupt. They have money but not that much.
