RUFUS:
A share issuance due to a reorganization through a merger. These are not dividend shares or forward splits. It's been filed since the original 8K merger agreement.
These shares will NOT be restricted If you sold today your out of luck, if you bought today you get the 6, no settlment waiting or anything

The reset was posted in the filings from the original 8K to the 8KA. It's not a forward split per say, it's an issuance of shares due to a reset based on the reorganization merger.
That's what I've gleaned from RUFUS. He just mentioned PIPE resets. Not normal here on the OTCBB but normal on bigger stocks.

It's up to the shareholder...starve the beast....if you don't flip it hold it, name your price...if you starve the beast..he will go away.......if no one sold for 2 weeks there's no telling where the PPS can go!!!!
Rufus just said that everyone is getting confused because they are thinking of this as a dividend or Forward split and it is neither. It is part of a reorganization merger and the shares were given in consideration of the Price reset. Cash dividends are in the future of the company. It a share issuance not a dividend or split.

My assesment on the situation is that those that got their names on shares before the closing on the 16th will get the additional shares. For everyone else the company reported 800 million in assets. And 7 billion in the press release. This stock should have exploded.

Alright... I am happy for us all. I wish some of us would have headed the warnings, but I believe there is alot of money to be made here still. If you sold yesterday, you still have the chance to buy into a stock under $3 that has a book of $11 and a target of $22. Additionally, there is a 10KSB with audited financials, a crazy CEO that likes to make shareholders money, a big known short position, and 8 Billion dollars of additional rumored deals.
If you want in again I wouldn't blame you, there is still great money to be made. For everyone else I the sky is the limit. Look at the above paragraph. I am going to be focused on things other than this stock for the next two weeks, but will keep a close eye on it and the news from a distance. I will post my graphic as things get annouced, but honestly I need to take a break from the daily in and outs of this.
On a final note I mentioned Rufus's comment about getting a "pretty face" in here that is better for the company... comment. And the person who i respect said something that just floored me, so I just checked on it and it is true.
No connection that I know of but... is everyone aware of the fact that the CEO of United Health Care resigned yesterday? Hmmm... CEO of a billion dollar company resigning the day of this deal. (Just a starting place for a theory.)

If people would just read before they react then this wouldn't be as complicated as so many are making it. I don't care what Tut says. Rufus made it crystal clear that it doesn't matter where the PPS is on the 30th, we will still get the shares credited to our accounts, IF we held shares as of close of OCTOBER 16. I'm going to call my BROKER everyday until the 30th, just to remind him to makes sure that they go into my account in a timely fashion. People lost a lot of money yesterday listening to idiots and if you want to lose more keep on listening. As for me, I am completely sure this will be the biggest stock I'll ever own. I didn't sale 1 share during the drop yesterday and even warned people that we could be seeing more news soon. Make your decision and stick with it. Mods, please keep the people off this thread that would like to cause disruptions. Every basher out there has been completely wrong and if you don't see that by now, your either stupid or blind. Go through the list of their claims over the last several months. First it was this will be reversed split, then they said it was a scam.....blah,blah,blah. WRONG,WRONG,WRONG....they have been nothing but wrong. I will no longer be patient with those who ask questions without doing any reading. GLTA and I DO NOT think this is over by any means.

Can those that have their name on record as a shareholder still increase their share amount after the 16th per the 10-K's?
