Well if I heard right Sabra said Monday was going to be "awesome". If Rufas waits till after trading then "my" Monday will not be "awesome". It had better come out durring trading hours today.
But if it doesn't Ryan CSHD has until midnight to file a 10-K or a 10Q for that matter. They are considered "special" by the SEC and allow filing to go beyond the 5:30 PM EST deadline.

Rufus needs to drop this thing early . If he drags it out , there's going to be a lot of good people lose money and get out on fear that it won't be filed and the MM's / shorts will have won the battle even if they end up losing the war .

Ya know, after i heard one of the Rufus interviews last week i was concerned about a comment he had made. He said "The board can fire me if they want" or something along those lines. Basically it was in reference to his personality....and loud mouth. Well, i was worried that if they fired him would he still be responsible for the things he has said and promised.
So, wtf is Conversion Solutions hires a new CEO? Is this just re-hashing the Mike Alexander thing or something?

it's about mike alexander. I was wondering the same thing cat I went and read the whole thing and it never mentioned anything about a new ceo for cshd. At least as far as I can tell
