I've been out for a while and I'm trying to catch up. I think if you beleive in the company you should at least put some in certs. I did just to stay safe. I also put 80% of my shares into a stock certificate as some others have posted. JMO

FWIW.....Chart talking about BRK/A....if this is Brekshire Hathaway (Warren Buffets holding company)...I recall a WSJ article and interview with W. Buffet and his family members back in the 1990's (I think)....his comments as to the share price and it's high amount then(I think in the nine thousand dollar range)...it is because Buffet wanted the share price to reflect the actual growth of each share's value over time and therefore the company's BOD has never intended to split the common shares ...because they (BOD...probably primarily Buffet himself) felt that spliting the shares would hide the actual growth of the share's monetary value............hope I have recalled correctly..

I remember him saying that it wasn't what they thought it was but never that it was completely dead just that they would look at it in the future. That's my recollection of it. Don't remember which interview or Paltalk it was.

- phone number for TA (don, who rufus says is very competent) is:
702-317-7757 Don Madallon

I just got the phone with a rep at this number. She said they have no access to the NOBO list or who owns shares in CSHD. She said I would get this info from my broker (chasing my tail) Has anyone else called to check on this? If so, any luck?

I talked with Tracy (sp?) at Integrity Stock Transfer around noon and got basically the same response...she also said I could request certificates thru my broker...so on and so on...am attempting to talk with ADP to see what I can verify from their record of shareholders that the NOBO list was supposed to be based on...

This "Perfect Storm" that Rufus has talked about and Tut has mentioned, is it this?......

Rufus goes for the reset at $15, Rufus gets his Govenrment document that gives his stock immunity from Naked Shortening. CSHD resets at $15 and shorts MUST, I repeat "MUST" now cover because of the Government document, Institutional investors are grabbing all the, -what they see as CHEAP Share's they can... (because the 10k is AWESOME!!)

This causes a huge SQUEEZE like "nothing the market has ever seen." [Big Grin]

Read what Tut wrote again:

There could also be good reasons to begin the price reset at a not too "unrealistically" high price. Technical reasons which would make it easier to get to NASDAQ without too may questions and easier acceptance by regulatory bodies of an "acceptable" price reset. Easier acceptance for institututional buyers to step in and that in turn would continue to drive up share prices farther and continue to support the upward movement. This in turn would also force shorts to continue to push prices higher as they begin to cover because of the continued climb. It would technically be very possible to see the pps even climb to $50 or higher even in the first few hours of trading. The continued climb based on the valuation of the company and continued growth could see a sustained climb over days, weeks and longer.
---------------
Still think there's going to be a selloff that will DROP the price???...

One thing is for sure, ONE day those naked shorters will have to cover! They are NOT doing it now that is for sure!

So it seems to fit why Rufus held off on the 10k and reset so he could get this "Government document" so thay CANNOT do it anymore.

I THINK Rufus is going to try to do something "at his new web site."

That's right...
Why the certs? Why the user log in?
Why the free level two's?
Why the REAL TIME Financials?!!!!

I think somehow a DTCC type person will run the shares somehow through his web site and that is HOW Rufus will know that NO Naked Shorts are being dumped into the market...

Remember Rufus is "friends" with the government!!
So he gets a "permit" to do this... "???"

Rufus is already looking at WHERE and HOW shares enter the market place, hence the Berlin Exchange!

That's my "GUESS."
And... I think the BIG money is going to be made on the other side of the reset.

FWIW ~
All just a guess here folks [Smile]

If the naked shorters have to cover, then all of our shares should be ok. I was thinking that if you're long this stock, then the shorts and "air shares" should be cleaned up before you go to sell (1+ years from now).

I'm still way undecided on certs. I just can't see how you can get screwed, but new things are happening.

Who all has shares in their IRA? There's no good way to get certs on that...so what to do???

I had posted before that I have an account at TDA but am from the Waterhouse side (they merged but are still separate entities). I had been able to buy online even after Ameritrade had shut down buying.

Well, I just tried to buy and the Waterhouse side is now cut off also. More BS about CSHD on their secret special list of securities that you can sell but not purchase.

And now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

I just tried calling Mike again and his secretary said he is not in today, she said he was in this morning and recieved all the names and numbers of everyone who called yesterday and he would get back to us as soon as he could. They seem very nice, but I will keep calling until I speak with him and get some of our questions answered...

You probably haven't been following or have missed a lot. Alot has happened in the last week. Rufus is dotting his I's & crossing his T's & the big day is coming. He is awaiting some paper due to get to him by Thurs * 5pm. It's some kind of document from the government. Then he will file the 10K anywhere from Friday to Tues. Then...............RESET!!!!

That kind of sums it up. Hope that helps!

I'm very interested in more discussion about this. I haven't called for my certs, yet, because of this. If the cert was to be destroyed somehow, it's just like cash, and you can't get it back (at least that's what I remember from my securities training). That thought does not sit well with me.

So where is everyone keeping their certs? I'm not real comfortable with putting them in a safe deposit box. With the SIPC insurance and the extra insurance policies some of the borkers have, it almost seems safer to keep it with them.

Certs can be replaced I thought...

We'll have to check, but just for those very reasons I thought that you could get a new cert should something happen, after all it is registered with the TA right?
