This is from Cattlemen at HSM ......"FYI for everyone with Scottrade. I just spoke with Matt Raye with Scottrade's National Cust. Serv. office and was told that he personally verified that I am on the list given to the transfer agent as owning shares. He stated that Scottrade has given ADP a list of all their customers holding CSHD shares. So when the TA requested a list, everyone with Scottrade should have been on the list. I plan to try and verify with ADP directly so if anyone has that number that would be a great help."

Thanks for the welcome... and I'm definitely not a spammer. I've been holding CSHD for awhile now and reading this board every day religiously. You all are a great help.

I just called Ben Stanley. I did get in touch with him. I left a voice mail. I wanted to try and clear up everyone's questions about if their name is in the book. Hopefully he calls back but I'm not holding my breath

If you are staying for the long haul, there really is no reason not to get them...

When CSHD hits $15 a share the big pile of stinky sh*t will still be a big pile of stinky sh*t, but the pile of MM’s will be a big pile of poor white trash?

That was my plan - I Bought everything I could yesterday because I wanted everything settled by Friday - just in case. I'm not interested in certs myself. I feel comfortable with my shares and I want to stay liquid.

I know Doni wasn't planning on it, but was wondering what the overall consensus was. I'm tossing around 50% certs and letting the rest ride. Just wondering because I kinda want to get this wrapped up today.

This is from Iowa Cyclone, I am with Scot and Solomon Smith Barney....... ....... "Hey guys I just recieved an email back from Ben Nelson for Govenor Campaign. For those who arn't from the midwest Ben Nelson is running for Govenor in the state of Nebraska. His opponent is Pete Ricketts (One of the founders and owners of TDA).
Here is the email I got back.
Thank you for your email. We weren’t aware of this issue. Could you explain more of how this works? If I have this right, you are allowed to sell your stock in company X, but you are not allowed to repurchase stock in company X. Is that on the same day, same week, ever?
I look forward to hearing from you,
My plan of action at this point is to get Ben Nelson aware of this issue so that action can be taken. Knowing that the election for either side is very close Pete Rickett's might cut the crap and force TDA cover if he wants to avoid the bad press and win this election.
The fellow I talked with on the phone regarding this issue was very interested in the subject. I cannot provide names but if you want to call in Ben Nelson's campaign and provide them with more information then here is the number. Current TDA owners and former TDA owners give em hell! (402) 991-0363" I hope this helps someone.
