If King Tut has been as successful at "foretelling" the moves of the company (Rufus et. al.) as many here have attested to, just 4 fun, I'd like to do a run-down analysis on his latest offering.

We have Ben and Rufus that have said that the 10k WILL be filed on time.. (TODAY!!) -even your buddy Tut said that an extention is NOT needed ~
We had that NAZ PR, and remember all the talk about how everything is suppose to happen in one "swoop" ~
Well "IF"...... Rufus files the 10k with all our other bonds he will show that our stock price is worth WAY over $5 NAZ listing price, we COULD even reset today, if that happens alot of hedgefunds are going to get a MARGIN call and will HAVE TO cover driving our price up to insane levels...

I think it's still a little early to see any pre market moving. I was reading something over on ihub saying that all those 144's that were filed have disappeared? and somebody posted this response about it.

If you look at it, you'll see that yahoo data is referred to the last FHAL quarter (the one ended on march 2006).
As regards the 144, they disappeared since the completion of the merger, because after a material event like that all the owners of restricted shares have to file a 144 again to sell them. (but they cannot now because the restricted shares have been locked by the company).

We are going to see how the 8K was perceived right off the bat. If it upticks, I believe that we will have a slow day (believe it or not)If it starts downticking at all, I believe that we will see a morning drop, BUT we should see it level off somewhere and then climb back up. People know that the 10K filing will have people scattering to jump on board.
Those are my thoughts anyway.

TaxBack, can you explain the difference to me? Assuming the AWYB CEO releases the NOBO that shows multiples of the float being owned, what's the difference? (Unless you are saying it's not the same since the NOBO list hasn't been published yet, then I understand where you're coming from, or if there is more to CSHD than the NOBO list. I was under the impression that the NOBO list was the big driver of the CSHD move, and apologize if that was incorrect.)
