Tax, I can not find a post by with a link on page 48...perhaps I missed it ....could you repost it please?

Other theories exist as to how the hedge fund might skirt additional rules. To prevent “piling on,” exchange rules mandate that a stock cannot be shorted on a downtick or decrease in stock price. In other words, Malicious must wait for the stock price to increase briefly before shorting the company. Rather than wait passively for an uptick, though, Fund Malicious can create an uptick in the stock itself by purchasing a few shares through a small offshore account. The hedge fund is then free to short (or naked short) the company with both barrels at home. Malicious may get additional leverage out of the original naked short by choosing to target an ugly, obscure microcap company. By driving the price down, the fund hopes to scare existing shareholders into selling their shares, too, out of fear that something is going on that they don’t know about (i.e. the fund can “paint the tape”). This, of course, drives the price even lower while further obscuring the role of Fund Malicious. There is plenty of room for additional mischief in the above scenario. According to the most vocal critics of naked shorting, funds like Malicious have relationships with reporters and/or message board regulars who are compensated to distribute negative news about the company in order to exaggerate the selling. There is also plenty of irony possible, in that a CEO can be her shareholders’ worst enemy by merely uttering the words “naked shorting.” Investors may panic, the stock might dive further and legitimate short-sellers could begin to circle.

found this: Monitor small international exchanges. If your firm unexpectedly turns up on the Berlin-Bremen stock exchange and you, the CEO, did not request a listing there, that might be a sign of a problem. Request the removal of your company from that exchange immediately, and keep asking until it’s done. --------------------------------------------

Notice the FTD's (naked shorts) DON'T have to be covered BEFORE becoming a Threshold security (SHO List) -They (MM's) can Naked short the stock to kingdom come and not cover! (?)
Regulation SHO does not require close-outs of "grandfathered" fails. As noted above, "grandfathered" status applies where the fail position was established prior to the security becoming a threshold security. The term "short squeeze" refers to the pressure on short sellers to cover their positions as a result of sharp price increases or difficulty in borrowing the security the sellers are short. So Rufus knows the squeeze will come IF there is a big price change (reset) Rufus goes further by getting his Government buddies to nix the Naked Shorting going on from reset on on HIS stock only! [mystery yet as to HOW]

I have never understood why so much emphasis has been put on TUT. No one even knows who he is. Yes some of his posts have been prophetic but if anyone is buying or selling this stock because of them they need to stop trading and put their money in a safety deposit box because they are too easily influenced.
This about CSHD, period. There are sub-plots but that's all they are. The Naked Short situation is a big sub-plot and is important. But in reality this is about whether CSHD has the assests or don't. If they have them as they have shown then the events about to take place will happen as we all project.
Let's not allow this thread to be overtaken the "TUT" factor. Yes it was fun for a while trying to guess who he was but now all this talk of political and religous intentions belong on the off topic thread. It will all be really good in the novel but that is about it.

I agree Wally- there's a lot of good DD on this board that deal with actual facts, filings, suppositions based on conversations/interviews/postings of Rufus, Ben Stanley, Michael Alexander, etc. And while it's interesting to hear what an anonymous POSSIBLE insider may or may not have to do with CSHD- it should remain completely irrelevant to your responsibility as an investor and/or trader.
The only thing people should worry about are the facts and actions that influence the value and/or share price of CSHD. Not some silly cryptic messages.
Now that hatch and the island? That's a different story.

Ok in tuts saying.. those who stand before me will live..I think means the shorters who come forward to get help will be okay...those who stand with their backs to me will perish means the shorters who are not coming forward will go bankrupt etc what do ya all think????? Cause he does repeat this over and over and.....

Here is an interesting site It keeps track of securities that are on the SHO list. CSHD ha been on there for 40 consecutive days now! WOW that is over a month.

Reading some more comments on a different article on the same site Sean posted the plan of a previous CEO. I wonder if this is Rufas's idea. If so! Get those certs!

when i filled out the papers for my merrill account today, there was a check box based on the Patriot Act...
it said (in a nutshell): do you agree to allow us to discolse your name & address to the companies in which you hold positions?
so that makes sense re: Rufus' "list" of names.
even Merrill said only if i get certs will they take it out of my name, but they also said they dont foresee a problem. i own my shares (once they get them DTC'd over)
