Guys, Please don't laugh at me but.... when you search Rufas Harris on the internet a Christian Singer comes up, which I think is cool!!! Is this OUR Rufus though?

I think you answered your own question. One is RufAS and one is RufUS. And while typing that up it got me to thinking, rufus backwards spells sufur almost like suffer which hopefully the MMs and brokerages will be doing soon, any possible connection between his name and the soon to be events .

Does anybody here know anything about a possible 10ka? "They" are talking about it on HSM...is it just another "version" of the 10k that we are already waiting on?

Right...that is why I am confused as to why they are discussing it... Noticed that a poster is accusing a mod from another board of being "out to get her" over at the pigpen... Not suprised at all - I think this board has done a fine job in uncovering things and dealing with new things when they arise. Why hash over old items? I guess some people like to hear themselves post...

I have only been reading this board for about 6 months and only been posting a few months. In this time one poster really caught my attention, Purl Gurl ( no longer posting here by the way?).
I know that alot of the more experienced posters on this board, glassman, tex, 10 to name a few, held her in high regard. Purl Gurl seems to be an experience trader, who claims to have made alot of money in the markets. I just find it odd that she did not post good picks on here regulary, aswell as the fact, she did not start bashing a stock like NDOL until the bottom had fallen out of it. I lost alot of money in that stock, and i wonder why she did not start posting against it when it was in an upward trend, or at least, it might be a good idea to sell some now before it crashes, if in fact she really wants to prevent people from losing money? I have just come across one of her posts on ihub, and i am going to post it here as i think that, even though she is not a believer of CSHD it shows in a very black and white way what this stock has come to this week. I am interested as to why she is convinced Rufus cannot deliver as i believe he will after absorbing the DD avalible on this board and others. I would be interested in what some of u guys who knew her better think to it. Sorry for been so long winded and GLTA!! LONG AND STRONG!!!!

This game is not hard, this game is almost impossible.
I will qualify this impossible notion through a bit of reality. Shorting terminology needs to be set. Two events take place for shorting. First event is a person (or company) "borrows" shares from an account, lets pretend, your account. Your CSHD shares are borrowed by a person then sold on the markets for a dollar a share. That is the first event for shorting.
Second event is within a set amount of time, three days for us, usually thirteen days for Wall Street, that person "buys" shares on the open market for eighty cents a share. He then "gives" those shares to your account to replace what he borrowed. His profit margin is twenty cents per share, less commissions and fees. This is "covering" shorts.
We have "borrowing" and "covering" for shorts. Borrowing your shares than later covering your shares.
To "trap shorts" (a short squeeze) a company must increase per share price, to or above the "borrowing" short price before "covering" can take place.
For this example, borrowing is at one dollar per share so to create a short squeeze, per share price must be at least one dollar per share or above, at all times. Once the per share price drops below one dollar per, then the shorter can cover, with no loss or with profit.
To effect a true short squeeze, your shares, your company must increase per share price to "force" shorts to buy shares before losses become too great. Shares are borrowed at one dollar per and if share prices jump to two dollars per share, the shorter suffers a loss of one dollar per share because he has to pay twice his borrow price to cover, to return those shares to your account. This is a short squeeze, events which panic shorters; losses.
Almost all know this, I know you are aware Cindy, but I feel a need to make sure all readers are on the same page before discussing why Harris cannot effect this short squeeze as he believes or is said to believe.
My comments beg a question, "How can per share price be increased?"
An answer to this we all know. Share price increases when a company offers something of value, maybe better revenues, better profits, a new product, whatever. Some event or "thing" comes about which changes common trader perception for the better. Keep in mind it is trader perception which controls the markets and share prices.
What will Harris offer to change trader perception for the positive? Otherwords, how will he effect a per share price increase?
Being ornery, I am tempted to leave my question without an answer, which would prompt heated discussion.
Harris must offer something, improved revenues, improved profits, retirement of loans, major institutional buys or any other event or thing which is very positive.
Can Harris do this?
My opinion is a resounding, "NO!"
Rather than dive into reasons why he cannot, I will simply leave it at Harris has nothing to offer. Readers can arrive at their own conclusions why Harris has nothing to offer.

i'm suprised she posted something like that...in the past at least she posted with something that resembled a fact or outline of a fact and then contorted it to say what ever she wanted...
this was little more than a long winded explanation of what a short is...leaving out the dilution factor that naked short selling /counterfeit shares creates, thereby artificially lowering the price...and then her opinion that Rufus is a liar...kind of a pointless post if you really read what she is saying...

So if a trader is aware that they had the power to effect a short squeeze, they would know this:
1) If the price should be above the highest PPS that this stock has reached in the past 52 weeks or 1.665 (7/25/2006), ALL shorts would be forced to cover. Logical conclusion that shorts sold somewhere between the current PPS and $1.655. Uhh... knew that.
2) Rufus has to show interested buyers at the current PPS that the assets and businees plan warrant an increase in the PPS. Which oddly enough continues be suppressed by many methods that we have observed despite interested buying at the ask for strings on end without a rise in the PPS. We await the explaination of assets and business, i.e. a 10k. We knew that too.
So Purl Gurl basically gave a long-winded oratory that pointed out things we have already drawn our own conclusions with, and says she doesn't believe that Rufus will deliver.
Should have just said it straight out. Anyone that puts as much work into saying she doesn't believe it is definitely trying to make an opinion to be influential on others. All be I respect Purl Gurl's body of work, I can ownly thank her for her opinion.

I paid to see a 10K. Rufus has to show everyone that his company is worth more than $1.655.

I want to know where is the publicity for CSHD? I mean a company that is soon to have a market cap of +5 Billion should have some recognizition by now ,dont you think??

i mean it's only been in a couple of newspapers & a few websites, only 15000 people have shorted it, only a few brokerage houses have it at the top of their list, and its only been on a few radio mentions.

it's been the most talked about stock on the boards for almost two months...
