With that said you should forget the arguments about the NOBO list because in reality there is definitely a very serious short position and its day of reckoning has come. That is why there is such a serious and highly orchestrated attempt to bring down your belief. Yes there will be a short squeeze but this is not why we are invested in the company.
We are here because of what all your due diligence has shown you this company will be worth and the continued growth beyond the initial price reset. We are not in this for a short squeeze. That is a secondary or added spice that just gives this some addtional flavour like some added gravy. Your reason for being shareholders is what the company can do for your future financial well being and because it presents what is now becoming potentially a "once in a lifetime" opportunity that many of you may never see again. Remember you either with or without.
The "beginning" of the new week could be interesting.

I'd LOVE for the "Phoenix" to be some special space program that Rufus has tabs on!!

Like I said before... it will look alot better with the x's in the boxes. It will got from "art" to "fine art". I am glad all made it throught the weekend. Tex is right this joint has had better more serious discussion weekends, but I think this is typical of the 11th hour.
The DD is done either you are in or you are out at this point. Frankly the "powers that be" both good and evil have been shaking this tree for a month and a half now. I think the apples that are left are the heartiest of the bunch. GLTA I will be holding my slips with a vice grip.

While I WANT to see all sorts of filings this week leading to a 10K/reset very quickly I do not anticipate as many as some.
I am of the opinion that some of the filings Rufus mentioned have already started.
I just wanted to temper our expectations with that since the only date we can possibly estimate is the 10k/reset. We can only do that if we assume it to be on 9/29 or 10/2. Then again we have speculation of the 10k/reset between today and Wednesday.
Really it is nice we have that information but we really can't validate where we are in the process.
As always...Watch, listen and wait. Expect it when you see it.

GM all, I hope we all rested up this weekend. This looks to be an exciting week no matter what happens.
As expected TDA clammed up after the correct questions were asked.
The reported posting of Sales from TDA that seem to never hit the market and the fact that my DTC transfer out was cleared to transfer Thursday afternoon and no one transferred it yet tells me it is getting deep at Ameritrade Clearing (The subdivision of TDA that handles the share inventory).
I will update on my transfer when TDA calls this morning. I asked for an 8:30 call and if they are late I will be calling them.

Could this be a new JV? It doesn't have Rufus's name on it but did anyone know that Maurice Bennett has an Entertainment Co. Here's the link just a thought. I don't know if the company is worth anything.

OK, so I have called TDA about my DTC transfer out that is suppose to take (according to TDA) 1-3 Business days).
They said the initialization of the transfer was initiated incorrectly. Now Saturday they said that on Thursday at had been cleared for transfer and should have completed at the latest Friday.
TDA indicated they called Clarion directly to put priority on the transfer. I asked who Clarion was and was told that Clarion is the company that deals with the DTCC to physically move the shares.
I have to say the IMHO, all the confusing answers provided by TDA the lack of a public announcement and what appears to be eat your own sales and delays in transferring shares....all equates to Rufus being right and TDA and all the bashers putting more and more FUD in the marketplace.
However, I do think Rufus should have had his lawyers return TDA's lawyer's call.
