almost everything has been a buy I mean a transaction at the ask. I think 17k went through at .94 or the bid so that means about 40k were at the ask and no movement, and NITE remains on the ask the whole time wtf

Just Coincidence - Vanguard does not accept online trades of any stock below a dollar - new policy as of last month - they also increased commissions to $30 + 3%.

This little stock is making alot of noise, and if it was a scam The big brokages would be YELLING that out loud.... But they aren't!

I just spoke to the representative at Vanguard:
He said "did anyone ask you why you can't place online orders under a $1"
I said "No"
He said "there are some money laundering schemes going on with some stocks under a $1"
I said "what are these schemes and do they involve CSHD"
He said "he does not know what the particular schemes are and they are not specifically related to CSHD"
I said "are there any red flags coming up on CSHD"
He said "no there is nothing showing up on CSHD"
I said "is this relating to naked shorting or shorting of the stocks"
He said "he does not know the specifics of the Money Laundering schemes which are going on"
He also said that "the current situation should be viewed as a temporary situation at this time with purchasing stocks by phone which are under a $1." and "that pruchasing under $1 by phone may become permanent but it is listed as a temporary situation at this time"

I was quite aggrivated when I called due to being able to place a buy at .90 when when the stock was at $1.02 this morning. The representative at Vanguard checked with the trading desk and they said that that order should not have been allowed to go through. They would not let my .94 order go through.
