It's all in the terminology that is used. Technically Scottrade is not short but they could have a lot of FTD's. They are not shorting the stock per say. It's actually the MM's that are shorting. IMO

Think of the naked shorts as dilution...only this dilution happened with stock that wasn't really in the share structure...
So now we have 106million shares out there...freely trading...the problem is though about 75mil of them are +'s...and in someone's account out there...supposedly MM's...they have matching -'s...ya see...it's as if the MM's or whoever did it effectively diluted as if they were the company...those +'s and -'s have to cancel each other out eventually...and that is the covering...it doesn't matter what this price is...high or low...the -'s have to be combined with the +'s to dissapear...

This is the way that I understand how this works... 1)I bought shares thru my broker, my broker sold them to me.(the broker is responsible for my shares because he took my money) 2) My broker bought shares through the MM's (which ever one they happened to use for my order...I don't know...I didn't buy shares through the MM, I bought shares through my broker)Now the MM's are responsible...because MY broker gave the MM's money for my shares(At least..I hope my broker did...if not..it's still the brokers responsibility..sucks to be him) 3) the MM got the shares from the "share pile"...if there weren't any shares in the share pile..I don't know...the MM gave my broker an IOU? I'm not sure I care...because I BROUGHT MY SHARES FROM MY BROKER!
4)When I go to sell MY shares...MY BROKER IS THE ONE THAT WILL HAVE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY! What my broker does? I don't know...I don't care..BUT...my broker HAS to give me my money...MY contract with MY BROKER says so!
The thing that sucks? the MM's...THEY won't let the price go up...so I CAN"T SELL MY SHARES FOR A GOOD PRICE!

Don't PM please... Watch the video at the bottom of my post here, talks all about the DTCC, NOBO list, MM's, Shortselling and Naked Short selling, etc...
You shouldn't trade Penny's without this knowledge IMO.

There is the part that pisses me off about how the markets are manipulated these days...the MM's won't LET the price go up...isn't it DEMAND that should cause the price to go up???

Yes but also remember that your broker can restrict buying and selling of the stock until they feel like it.
Or maybe until it goes down alot so they can cover?
This is not unusual.
You could be up $500,000 while its going up but can't sell...
Then you end up owing money at the end... -$100
See where I am going with this?
They are NOT stupid. They know how to play the game !

Wow, Etrade is really messed up. As i stated yesterday it shows Furia Organization Inc when you click on the CSHD symbol. But, today ive even noticed that in the chart it shows "FURA" as the symbol. That was 2 shell mergers ago!

Yesterday Etrade was giving me all kinds of EPS from * to $1.28 to $5.30 everytime i clicked on it. Something is screwy with them.

Answer: It is my understanding that the powers that be did file late...in another state and mailed directly to commission. Waatle has little if anything to do with cshd. Waatle has moved onto Delaware because of their privacy act.
Question: Has Waatle been dissolved in AZ and what is your relationship?
Answer: I believe it is current but not active. iAs far as my role, I am simply the fellow that helped the powers that be file while they were in AZ. I am the fellow that would receive info in az, but that was then this is now.
Question: So why would Mr. Harris and Waatle...come to you as an agent in AZ?
Answer: they were visiting me at the time and you need a person who lives in az to be the agent of record to receive paper work.
Question: What is your relationship with Mr. Harris?
Answer: I consider him to be my friend and i hope he considers me to be his. I am working in r&d. I know Mr. Harris on a personal level. I trust the man and his instincts. He is only 38 and a work-a-haulic. He is the only guy who sleeps less than me.
Question: What type of R & D?
Answer: I known some things but I know I cannot speak to them. This drama is two years in the making. I am a project developer. : I have worked on most of the future projects page from the cshd site.
Question: When is the last time Mr. Harris talked to you about R&D in AZ?
Answer: weekly...we have a lot of things on the plate and are preparing to get started.

Answer: No

Answer: Harris is a very intelligent and direct person...you either love him or you hate him, but he doesn't care if you do or don't...just get the job done.

Answer: the good doctor. has so many phds and patents and patents that are secret, has un ultra security clearance, is considered to be strategic to the welfare of this government and he really is going onto chat rooms and giving statements to strangers. HA HA
