I spoke with someone at TDA today he told me that they DO NOT short any OTC stocks and that the PR about the 75 million shares short is completely false. He stated that they've stopped any Buys because of manipulation. Did anyone else talk to TDA and what's your opinion on who's responsible for this shorting?

Well friends, this is where it all begins to fall apart. Look I'm long, but seriously this is starting to shape up like just another scam or false promises like IBZT, CMKX, MLON, and a host of others....
Friends, I am out first thing tomorrow. I have been in and out of this based on news, but I'm sorry this has just gotten downright silly.
This is going to crash tomorrow, in fact based on my experience with penny's, this is the beginning of the end. My prediction is .60 - .70 tomorrow.
By next week .50, and when no 10K comes, no 10Ka, and no reset...well you know how the story ends.
Of course these are my opinions and I may be wrong, but I can't deal with this nonsense anymore. Firing key people, convuluted explanations of shares swaps.
Good Luck everyone - I sincerely hope you do walk away from this with profit. I just don't believe any of this nonsense anymore. 2 months my money could have been working better somewhere else...

the aiss agreement was between ga/cshd. dr mensah was just going to be the president, although he is a very smart guy, ga is the ones with the gov. contracts, imo.

Mensah was unaware this action was being taken. It is my understanding that he was just informed of it a few minutes ago and appears at this time to be ok with it and would still like to be funded.
I also do not think Mensah believes the BOD has ousted him.

Although it says he's being "removed as President and CEO", it does not necessarily mean he is out alltogether ... this man's a scientist. I just wouldn't be surprised one bit to see him involved in research, etc. My thoughts.

I know the basher would like you to believe that the good doctor was the whole company. For starters if you invested because of one person you don’t need to read a further. You might want to stop investing now!!
I am willing to bet my bottom dollar that all the patents and the good doctor's intellectual property belongs to the AISS and Georgia Aerospace. In addition I am pretty sure the good doctor can even use the patents because they be long to NASA and the DOD.
I worked on funding and reading government contract in the Aerospace sector and there is no way in hell that GA is listed as a sub to the F 22 without intellectual property agreements. There is no way NASA would contract with anyone and not own the patents or have intellectual property agreements.
In addition if you thought that the good doctor was doing all the real work and R&D you are a fool.
So here is the bottom line the good doctor is gone and AISS and GA is a JV to CSHD. I agree this does make the future contracts harder to get. On the other hand GA’s actions on the F-22 will serve us better that and reputation good doctor.

Simple... The Board of Directors and their shares know where the money is, booted the irrational Dr. Mensah, and went along with CSHD cuz Rufus has the dough and the future of the company.
My guess is the company owns the patents and the contracts, but badly needs the money to implement.
They made a business decision. Plain and simple.
The COMPANY chose RUFUS over Dr. Mensah.

The last that I emailed Mr Benson...yesterday I believe, I asked if he would have it completed by the EOW and his response was by Sept 30... the due date...

That's what I'm talking about, Dog!!!! Exact-a-mente! The company (AISS) picked RUFUS over the good Dr. Mensah. They had more faith in RUFAS and his people than they did in the Doctor. It's highly probable that they made this choice knowing that the "company" owns the patents and this decision would not hurt them. These type of decisions are made all of the time in the business/corporate world...and 90% of the time...it's a very good thing for the company.

I have no problem with Dr. Mensah being relieved of his role as CEO. The way the PR is worded it would seem that he's been completely removed from the project. The PR should have made clear that AISS retained ownership of all the patents and contracts.

but mine is this:
rufus said he was gonna do this in the phone call a couple of weeks ago.
duh. the phone call that took place the same day mensah originally tried ot get shareholders to start buggin rufus.
it was just a matter of time.
he SAID outright 'the problem here is everyone wants shares of the new company"
hence the share swap.
and he SAID over and over... joint venture, just last nite he said "joint venture notice i dont say (if or something like that)..." who has the quote?
JOINT VENTURE: a contractual agreement joining together two or more parties for the purpose of executing a particular business undertaking
contract. joining. 2 parties. not mensah gets whatever he wants.
sounds like someone forgot there is no I in TEAM
ill read up... im opposite UncleSmelly. I think this is very reassuring news. It shows that the COMPANY has the JVs & the assets, not a singular person.
