Now you are all getting a better glimpse of the bigger picture that is forming. The "hold on all pre-merger restricted securities" prevents those securities from being used by brokerages to borrow and use for short postions thereby creating an even bigger urgency to cover short positions. This is all in preparation for the 10k that we are waiting for and the 29th is getting closer now. There should be less question now to all long shareholders that you have a very unique and potentially explosive investment building very fast before your eyes.
Remember this is only the beginning and the We are here because of what all your due diligence has shown you this company will be worth and the continued growth beyond the initial price reset. We are not in this for a short squeeze. That is a secondary or added spice that just gives this some addtional flavour like some added gravy. Your reason for being shareholders is what the company can do for your future financial well being and because it presents what is now becoming potentially a "once in a lifetime" opportunity that many of you may never see again. Remember you are either with or without. . This is still only the beginning Remember.

It would still be good to keep your GTC orders in and the higher the better. The less shares out there the tighter the noose and the faster the more lethal the strike of the cobra.

He posted that today too....
E-Trade keeps dropping my GTC orders. I have to keep re-entering them. It's now to the point to where I don't even get an Alert when they say that "I" cancelled it. I used to at least get that.

RyanPBF, I remember reading that one before....
The gravy thing stuck in my head...
Putting your shares in at a GTC......?
At Scottrade they woun't let us GTC too high above the ask... I'm afraid if I went to the allowable amount of say $5.00 (I forgot what it real is) that "they" might grab it!!!

Chart, I know Scotty won't accept orders over a certain price range, but that we can phone those in through the broker. Do you know if there is any truth to the notion that those orders will be cancelled upon the reset anyway?

Exactly... highest ST will let GTC order is for $3.50 .
When it hits... they'll take it... maybe even beforehand... be careful.
I stopped my GTC orders yesterday due to this concern.

Ha... I took that 8K to lunch with me and perused it. Who wants to call Rufas and let him know he is gonna have to get another employment agreement put together for Mitchell.
I was reading the Employee agreement for Sabra, and thinking to myself. This is awful non-standard. There were several instances where the legal speak instead of referencing employee, referenced "her" or "herself". I was thinking WOW they wrote this specifically for her. Kinda dangerous usage of a legal binding agreement. (Check out the section on Compensation and Benefits, 4th paragraph last sentence. and Section 10 on Assistance in Litigation, first sentence.)
Why is it dangerous you ask?
Well look at the first line of Section 10 Assistance in Litigation of Mitchell's Employment agreement. Hmmm... "Employee shall make herself reasonably available..."
At least they corrected his compensation section refering to "his". MAURICE!!! Did you write this! Common! LOL
Even lawyers make mistakes. So who wants to call Rufas?

Aked a few questions:
* Will there be an IPO
Nothing of the sort (IPO) is planed in the near future, but their may be an offering eventually.
*What relationship do you have to EDirectLive?
Point Click Dream Inc. has no relationship directly with WebPolitechs. EDirectLive was just a service offered to politicians for campaign purposes.
*Any exciting news regarding Beta testing?
We have been in contact with a LOT (emphasis here) of states. I cannot release any information at this time but we have been in contact with many states. Conversion Solutions is our parent company and we have a hands-off relationship. They have a lot going for them right now and do their own thing and we have a lot going for us and we do our own thing. We plan to offer the shares plus dividends to shareholders of our parent company.
I just got off the phone with him and wrote this as best I could. Feel free to call, he is a very nice man. Just make sure to mention you are a shareholder of CSHD.

I just want the reset, all the JV's will be awsome for the future of CSHD but first things first... If we do get our reset, I will keep a core position in CSHD for things such as dividends and share spinoffs.

I'm with ya on that Rich...maybe until after the 1st of the year...for tax purposes...we shall see how it pans out...fingers are crossed...
Glass...have you seen many things of this nature done in 8k filings that have come to be VERY bad? I understand that things can happen/change...but the filings make it seem more probable...should I not view it in that manner?

Demand that they put your order in at the price you asked them to and refer them to the 8k filings. If necessary talk directly to their superiors and back it up with written instructions faxed. Remember they are working for you and not the other way around. That is why they are paid commissions

It would seem todays SEC filing was an effect of the Sept 21st PR where they announced the dumb Doc's removal and the newly hired executives. If that is the case then my graphic may need to be updated with this mornings PR being the second set of PR/8K's.
I think I will wait till I see an 8K dealing directly with the Wattel Shareholder information before updating the "Rufas Plan" graphic.

I think BUCKY was the one who did a call in...
. . . Chart...That's correct, I had to call-in to place my GTC order for $50 per share (and my GTC order has remained open to this day). My post on this is somewhere back in this thread, but I do not have enough time right now to go find it and repost.....Also, Scotttrade rep. did tell me that Scottrade would cancel out my GTC order should a reset circumstance be anounced... and then I would have to place a new order on the otherside of the pps reset. So, I expect to be placing a new sell order after the 10K / reset, based upon Scottrade's representation to me.
