Automobile Allowance. During the term of this Agreement, Employer shall provide to Employee an automobile (up to $100,000.00) or pay the Employee an automobile allowance of at least $8,333.33 per month. Except for this automobile allowance, the Employer shall not be obligated to pay any other expenditure with respect to the ownership, operations, insurance or maintenance of the Employee's automobile. The Employee shall procure and maintain in force automobile liability insurance on such automobile with comprehensive coverage with extended coverage, collision coverage for the actual cash value of the vehicle with no more than a Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($500) deductible and for bodily injury, death, or property damage in limits no less than one million and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000,000) for property damage and one million and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000,000) for public liability.

I was posting the car allowance as a positive note. They must have the goods they claim to have to give their executives that large of a car allowance!!!! Great sign IMO

yeah well it's not much better here...with the influx of "unskilled labor" that is down here now...i wouldn't be suprised if our precentage is higher...
and yes...as i posted earlier all the salary business...contracts etc. is good business as far as i'm concerned...

HELLO , Been away for awhile ...seems to be holding okay. So when do we see the reset...It hasn't said anything concrete yet for the reset just that the 10k will be on the 30th and Mr. ruffas hasn't called me back yet!!~LOL~

The salaries are nice and probably in line with the type of company. The big thing I see is the shares that they are getting. If this thing goes where Rufus says it will, these people could be billionaires!

I don't see a pr about the 8k filing...but they usually do the "pr's" and then the filing... which is really what this is...IMO...filing on the firing of Doc and the "hiring of the new peeps" and the thing with the restricted shares and form 144...everything from the past few days...

Not that high really... when you a re responsible for outcomes in a business model with large sums of money being involved... it's standard. At one point I carried a 1 million/ 3 million policy on liability and my finances aren't near what these guys are operating with.
