My guess is Serfdom didn't like his past experience with Rufus and found a way to short this one. He has some monetary interest in this, despite stating that he doesn't own shares. Thanks Matt.... yeah I don't get most of the characters over there. Definitely some pumpers too. It's amazing.. you drop a Pearl of Wisdom on them or share DD and it generally goes completely unnoticed.
Tax... the real action tends to start when ARCA shows up.

This is how I sum up the IHUB board. If you drop in good news (for the longs) the bashers are like sharks trying to destroy it. The pumpers are like Dori in Nemo..."oh look, ther's something shiny...let's follow it". If there is bad news (fake or not), it is the gospel to the bashers. There just is not any honest DD and disection of information like you guys do here.
Kinda like the politics during an election year. Even if something makes perfect sense for us...the taxpayer...if it is not the brainchild of your political party, you have to discredit it and vot against it.

hehe sceptor. serfie showed up way late and started acting like he had the whole thing figured out... i like the part where he doesn't even know the SEC rulebook... form 4s are required to be filed very quickly now.. people who file them late are violating the rules...
his claims about all those insider sales being scammers should land him in court too.. that showed very poor judgement IMO
there has been way too much of that kinda stuff on htis stock...
i found it odd that so many "seasoned traders" have such a hard time accepting a trading halt and price reset. all it takes is an MM and some traders that are willing to trade it there..
these guys have been acting like its some sort of criminal act...
we see it all the time on NEWS, even without a reverse merger... stocks are halted temporarily then start trading again at a different price...
the problem Rufufufufus has right now is he needs to get a filing done...

Scroll down to the chart and click "TOOLS" go to STUDIES, the click "APPLY STUDIES"
a window will open. hit the ARROW DOWN on "SELECT STUDIES"
Select: MACD (HIST. + 2 LINES) then for FAST PERIOD put "4" SLOW PERIOD put "8" Signal PERIOD put "4" -click ADD
open SELECT STUDIES window again and select: STOCHASTIC, SLOW -click ADD
open SELECT STUDIES window again and select: MACD (HIST. + 2 LINES) -click ADD [this MACD leave at the default settings of 12/26/9]
Now click "DETACH" Double click the blue header bar accross the very top of the chart and it becomes Full Screen. To undo just double click again... *note you can also drag in/out the sides and/or top/bottom of the chart page now.
*note, by pushing CLONE you will get multiple charts. Don't do it now. Great intraday watching multiple charts at once!
The stock NTC should be loaded.
Now for a quick lesson on how to read what you just programmed...
Move your mouse over the chart and notice the red vertical line appear, put that line over OCT. and left click and hold and drag line to Feb. It will turn RED and then you'll ZOOM IN. *note to double zoom in, just repeat.
*note: to ZOOM OUT double click the chart anywhere
How to look for BUYS Now move mouse over the chart and put the RED vert line over NOV. Note that all indicators are POS and that STOCHASTIC is very low, Excellent buy set up! Notice price took off, -now when to exit the trade?
WHEN TO SELL Notice just into DEC that STOCHASTIC drops down past upper red line in the indicator... SELL!
Notice too that in about the middle of January right before the huge GAP DOWN that Stochastic was telling you to BALE, saving you from losing your azz ~
Now penny stocks are much harder, try learning about indicators with a high volume stock like QQQQ. Then you'll see how indicators clearly work. Even with this chart MACD's are hard to see. Try looking at QQQQ!!!
Exact buys and sells, no guess work. You can do this same thing intraday, minute by minute, flip by flip... -Any lights coming on yet?!!! lol ~

Hmmm. I was doing some DDing Tuesday and I saw an email address to Rufus so I figured what the heck...
Today I received "Your message was not delivered to the following recipients: harris*songwi.us: No hosts available.
I'm thinking Songwi was the old shell before CSHD, but does anyone know for sure? Maybe they are getting so many emails they turned the servers off?

Yeh serfdumb doesnt like it a bit when he's outed for lying. He does it with nearly every post now too. He like watching a 9 year old trying to get even with people.
I gave a perfect example of a halt with reset this morning. One of the guys on hsm posted the chart for TVM and I looked at the 8-k. It was the same thing as this one. A reverse merger involving a restructuring of the shell.
Rufus stated on paltalk that he was waiting on reports from the sec. I take that as he is waiting on feedback from filing the merger filings. They will respond with requests for clarification and then cshd will answer them and refile if necessary with the updated info. Hopefully they filed their papers complete enough so the sec doesnt comeback with a brazillion questions.

where did I see it? He said it on paltalk the last time he was on. The "I take that as meaning..." is from talking to some people that have been thru reverse mergers already.
You file the merger documents, the sec reviews them and issues a report asking for clarification as needed. You then in turn respond with the additional info and refile new documents with the updated info. Then they either come back with more questions on the new info or let it go on thru (released to the public).
Why do you think the mm's have been covering so much this past couple of weeks? They always know the score. And it's a fact if they thought for a second this would go thru they would have continued to short this stock right down into hell. They are the real sign it's coming.

the s-4 has nothing to do with completing the merger other than registering the original cvsu shares. That needs to be done simply to give them a monetary value so they can be traded for cshd shares. It's a technicality with no due date on it.
The merger was actually complete as of the 8-k filing. Had there not been a restructuring involved with a re-evaluation of the share price the 10-k would have been out already IMO.
