dog...after the 10K is filed...showing that FHAL was bankrupt...then the s4 can be filed and the merger is complete...the halt can then be done and price reset...I am not aware of any time frame...they could all be done at the same time...not sure..The way that i understand it....
the s-4 has nothing to do with completing the merger other than registering the original cvsu shares. That needs to be done simply to give them a monetary value so they can be traded for cshd shares. It's a technicality with no due date on it.
The merger was actually complete as of the 8-k filing. Had there not been a restructuring involved with a re-evaluation of the share price the 10-k would have been out already IMO.
That is one of the things that confuses me...Why is the TA reporting that some of the CVSU shares have been "converted" accounted for...when the S4 was not completed? Or is the S4 completed AFTER all things are converted?
Also...I doubt the reset would come before all this is finished because of all the CVSU share holders and their chance at "being in" on the reset...

ChartWalker: Got it...thanks! Did you mean INTC instead of NTC though? I am pretty good at charts, but never placed that much relevence on Slow Stochastics. Is it really the best indicator to use when looking to bail out of a stock? Boy...I could have used that back in May with my oil and gas stocks.

The t/a is receiving the certs for the cvsu shares. I dont believe any cshd shares have been issued yet to replace them. I would call the T/A and ask them that specifically. "Can they issue cshd shares to cvsu shareholder without the s-4 being filed". It could be they can and just have to file the s-4 at the completion.
Per the 8-k, the cvsu shares will be replaced with restricted cshd shares, so the reset is not dependent on them. they are restricted for 90 days for commoners, and 2 years for execs.

well therer ya go, you're one of us.... -not sure if that's a good thing! LOL ~
yeah it may have been INTC.. It was there that day. Might be a different chart now on there.
Stochastic is beautiful, buy when it's on it's belly and you almost can't go wrong ~
Always confirm with other indicators, and always BACKTEST to see how the indicators you have picked are "reading" your stock.
Bla - bla.. I could rattle on all day... ha ~
Any Questions just PM me!
Chartman: I have found that if you buy when the ADX crosses above 20, you are in a trend that will likely continue for at least a couple of days. Sell (of course) when the geen line crosses under the red line. I like StochRSI and CCI for overbought and oversold signals. Would you concur?

I've played with them back when I was trying to catch trends, but with pennys one day can can crash a penny. Mutual funds are GREAT for them! Or even the bigger stocks like my fav QQQQ (The Cubes).
Bottom line, with penny's I looked for quickness, in and out, what I came up with, I posted, if you use them right, they "Get'r dun!"
And you can use them intraday with any stock, the more volume and better the "reads" because the indicators will have more data.
But I bet there are a dozen ways to skin a cat, and I'd love to hear them (test them) all!
