Knock it off Trade04, its too early for the BS. All your post are so eeerily similar to Banah18, he's another negative "I told you so" poster. He always show up to rub it in when the PPS goes down. Hmmm multiple ID's maybe??? Just a thought

lol - What I meant was that if all happened at the same time... Symbol change, filing and reset...would they have to reissue certs and take a few days like cshd.

You think maybe with the buys that were going thru yesterday EOD (which didn't make the price shoot up I might add, odd), that maybe they loaded up for a selloff this AM to try and shake some shares loose?
Looks to be the same volume sold this AM that was bought yesterday afternoon.

I don't understand why they haven't hired an IR person or company either Mr. CAT... I hope they are giving it serious consideration so they can get back to business and give us our price reset!

Well, maybe they should hire that big black stud from the one photo of Rufus. Then we would be getting the info straight from the horses mouth ya know?

LOL CAT!! The horse would probably have a better understanding and execution of the english language too! When I did get the chance to speak with Ben and Rufus I was extremely suprised that they were the back bone of CSHD! LOL

Last week I said it would go back down from 1.17. Guess I was right too.

It's just odd that the buying yesterday... all those 2500, 5000, and 10000 buys did shoot the price up over a dollar like the last run-up, which did it on a lot less volume...
It' like they were loading up the bucket at the lowest cost to dump it again today...
Even if they took a small loss... if they could trigger a shareholder sell-off they would be much further ahead in the long run.
It's just odd that all that buyin in the last 2 hours yesterday only made the stock rise 7 cents.

dog. In looking at a 2 day chart, it seems there was huge buyinging right BEFORE the run up... -right at the .82 -.84c level..... hmmmm.
-just thinking out loud...
But IF they then sold off this morning, they made money, bought back in on that dip, then sold again and brought us to where we are now, which is slightly lower then when they bought in BEFORE that run yesterday -because some were indeed caught in the run down...
Did this the last run up we had too come to think of it ~

Yawn... another boring day. Thanks for all the feedback on CEOTA. I hadn't really looked into the log deal much especially once I heard it was done on M N 1.
Yanks got a win last night over the last place team. Guess that was the only highlite of the evening.
Starving for actual legitimate news over here had to go criusing past iHUB and HSM last night to see what they were digging at. Man you guys are right those places are definitely cess pools.
Anyway got cleaned up (used the blue shampoo) and I am back to watch the show... or lack there of one.
Heck I would be happy if Rufas would just say something to us all. I don't even care if it is a lie, fluff, or transalation from Nacy Drew the French version. Just say something.

So we had 20 minutes of trading and then this again.... I'm afraid we'll sit here just like this until some news, and they may whittle it down like this each day.

Seems physiologically they can't let it run back to $1. Too much of a plus to the holders if they (MM) do. If we run they can try to control it like yesterday. If we started where we should have left off and ran we would hit the $1 mark.
I feel that to the point they can control this they will. One little nudge and some buying they lose control. We are right on the edge.
This is all just opinion.

quote:Originally posted by sceptor: amohedas on hsm posted some example charts this morning. I looked at one in particular TBV as it looked like it had a price reset. It did.
----------------------------------------------- So who's looked closely at TBV's chart? Say for the period of 9-22-03 to 10-01-03? Hmmmm anyone? It is the very thing we are doing here.
Tanshi reverse merged into Strategica and traded their shares for shares in strategica. The merger involved a restructuring with strategica being the "bankrupt shell" (just like fhal), and Tanshia being the company with the assets needed to jump start the pps (just like cvsu). You can read their 8-k from 9-03 and it describes all the stuff we are going thru here.
Look at the open and close for the date of 9-25, the price reset. Yes I said price reset.
ok... i'm still digging, i have an extended lunch so i'll see what i can find but i have other things i need to take care of too... here we go...
reading this, "For the nine months ended September 30, 2003, Strategika reported a consolidated net income of $14,615,235, an increase of 1,031.27 percent over the consolidated net income of $1,314,351 for the same period in 2002." from a link i'm about to post... i do not think that strategika was a "bankrupt company shell" like fhal. doesn't sound bankrupt to me... but i don't have all the figures...
I'm trying to trace back tickers... someone may have already done this, but so far i only have tbv(current) and tgbu(prior to tbv, quite possibly even the original ticker but cannot find a chart) i am still digging and will keep you all posted...

here ya port... Seeingh the whole picture is what's keeping me from pulling my hair out, otherwise the PPS doesn't make sense. So we wait...
I did call the run up and down BS yesterday, that carried into today. It WAS going to gap....
Do hope we hear something before that 30th deadline.... OMG...
We should be able to tell when things "have to" start to be covered too (squeeze), IMO, they'll be happy to cover at this price if the price reset is real, -which I believe is.
