the MM's set the bid and ask themselves. They do not have to recognize a bid higher than what they have set nor do they have to recognize an ask that is lower than what they set.
They can make a trade and then post it at their convenience. They will post it when it is to their advantage when they are trying to contol the pps like they have been on this stock. Remember they are short massive amounts of shares for this stock.
You can watch the L2's and see when they are buying on the bid to cover. Tens of thousands of shares will trade on the bid yet the pps never drops.

ok... this seems to be an ongoing discussion about "buy" or "sell" which obviously means the same/hand in hand... here is what +, -, = mean... this is the definition for the scottrade streaming quote...
"Bid Ticks - A history of last nine ticks on the Bid. - shows that the new Bid is lower than the previous Bid; +shows that the new Bid is higher than the previous Bid; red = shows that the Bid did not change since the last down tick (-); green = shows that the Bid did not change since the last up tick (+) Ask Ticks - same as Bid ticks, except tracks history for Ask. Last Ticks - same as Bid ticks, except tracks history for Last."

On another note...On another board a poster found a company CKXE that did the price reset around 11/2004. Went from .10 to 25.00. I haven't been able to find much info other than file 4's which I noticed being discussed a few pages ago. Is the 4 what we need to do the price reset?

Well, you could look on the bright side ya know. Any other potential insect problem you may have there could be eradicated now. Of course that would mean a well fed Tarantula and well fed spiders tend to grow. Depending on the species he wont be at all hard to find, just look for a large hairy thing about the size of your hand. Geez, whats the problem?
