Where does the Sept. 30th deadline come from? Doesn't the 8k state there will be audited financials 60 days from filing of the 8k? That would make it the 11th, right? Thanks for any info.

I agree with you as when I bought a miniscule amount (125 shares) yesterday above the ask the PPS jumped .02 cents for the next few minutes. As you said..."We are right on the edge" and just need a push.

i just called tiens IR guy... figured i'd just have it spit at my face rather than timely digging. unforunately he was in a meeting currently so i left a message. i will relay any information i can get from him back at you guys about the reverse merger details with strategika and tiens biotech...

yep, a baseline is "rule of thumb" a good thing, like a train loading up before taking off...
Once the BS games are over, we still should have that upward push from being on the SHO list... and NO we are not at "The Squeeze" yet...
So after the MM "pump and dump" that they did (if you will) now, this kind of trading is normal, low vol, and slight trend upward.
I don't know if Rat took into consideration that we are on the SHO list, I would think (overall) we should start to trade upward, like we were doing before that bogus C & D order...
Started back on 8-17 and broke pattern about 9-1. We dipped but not as low as on 8-23.
they just moved us back, but we "should" see move trading patterns like yesterday, without big run ups. But green days none the same...
So once again we get to enjoy the upward pressure till uncle MM screws with us....
I guess everyone is waiting on pins and needles. I'm thinking "just wait till 3:35PM, that's when we start the EOD run".

Since CEOTA came up and some other old questions come along from time to time here is my very frantic and confusing recap. These "facts" are probably skewed a bit and some parts are missing. Also, i stole posts from some people and left their names out for their own protection.

Stock booms somewhere around 230%. Sorry I cant remember what the pps was but I think it was roughly .05 and popped to 11.5. The peasants rejoice

the sept 30th comes from the 10K being due 90 days after the end of the year. The end of the fiscal year was june 30th

you know... after all this diggin and seeing tanshia's past joint ventures... i might buy some of there stock... forget cshd... everyone buy tbv:D HAHA! actually, look at the 3 year chart for it... i think it may be due for a nice little run up... alls it needs is a little volume IMO... take a gander;)
EDIT: i'm not serious about buying TBV... just so ppl don't get confused... it was a joke except the fact that it has hit its 3rd bottom...

Sceptor is over on iHub duking it out with Serfdumb. He must be bored.
My guess is Serfdom didn't like his past experience with Rufus and found a way to short this one. He has some monetary interest in this, despite stating that he doesn't own shares. He is on that board from 8am to 2am most days, even on Labor Day. Not even a crazy person would do that unless money was involved.
