Sounds like Mensah is a typical CSHD shareholder. Impatient, bored and willing to do anything to get some info! I WANT MY $15 per share! [Big Grin]

There is absolutely no reason to doubt that everything will be exactly the way it has been said it will be for everyone, except that we might even see better surprises (we haven't been told what the new reset price is yet). All of this is very close now.

There is a plan and it could happen fast and when it does it will be a surprise in the swiftness and precision in its execution and all shareholders should benefit. No one will know until the very moment, and the shorts have no way of predicting the precise moment because the trap has already been sprung for the execution.

I will re-iterate here that everyone should follow the original plan of taking all of your stock completely out of circulation and avoid daytrading or flipping so MM's don't have access to any shares. Also avoid talking negatives on the forum because you are showing your hands to MM/s. You need them to be in suspense because they will be taken by complete surprise sooner than they expect.

Some of you will bash this post and for you I don't even feel pity. The ones that listen, power to you.

FWIW

tut's been vague but accurate in his timing of posts to make one believe he does have access to information...

the moderator at HSM has spoken to tut and seems to trust him...

and this was posted by the moderator at HSM in response to tut's post:

Very important message here from Tut
I have been preaching all weekend, do not give the mm's one inch and let them guess what you are going to do. If they can read you like a book, they know how to play it on Tuesday or any other day. Tut has given you the same message if you read his statement. Take the voice of experience and learn from it.

I have said this at various times on Paltalk but I will restate it here.

I feel the C&D as displayed is not real, but I do think some kind of communication happened between HSW and CSHD. I am not going to dissect it here but the summary to me would be that things were not progressing on HSW's anticipated time line and they are anxious for it to do so. After some analysis of the information presented by our-street and Roddy it is pretty clear to me that this was an 'aggressive' correspondence never intended to see the light of day in the press. Canady IMO, is 'aggressive'. For those of you who may not have managed at corporate level this is a term often thrown around. The best definition of it is when the note goes overboard to try to get something done. This note qualifies IMHO.

Mensah is also anxious and wants things to move forward. BB is spot on here. He is trying to use CSHD shareholders to put pressure on Rufus to move the time line faster.

We want the time line to move faster as well and thusly are impatient. That just adds to our stress.

The business process rarely moves to our or a CEO's expectations. I bring up UPZS all the time. A year and a half ago we we're to have IPO'ed. It did not. It didn't even reverse merger correctly. I had 10's of thousands of PE shares in it. I waited and today I have restricted shares + 25%. I am very pleased with that investment. I also have free trade shares I picked up on my own.

We have been privy to some internal spats that exist in every business venture. That's it...in a nutshell we have seen a side most investors never see. Most never get to call CEOs and get a response except in the OTC and pinks. I will tell you I have heard things out of the mouths of fortune 500/100 CEOs that are no different (and sometimes far worse) than what we have heard from Rufus and Mensah. I actually think Rufus and Ben have done well.

I am still watching for the scam potential and failure potential on this. I have not seen it yet. Every deal has strong and weak points. Let's just keep diligent eyes on the deal. At this point in time I feel the deal has a better chance to survive than fail.

In full disclosure I am looking this week to maybe flip some of my position only if it appears I will win more stock at a lower price. If I feel like it is too risky I will just buy more on the dip. During the whole process I have been liquidating other penny positions that were profitable and moving that profit to this play.

I anticipate that when we reset higher that the sell off will dip. I will sell off some or all, and if the 10K is really that good I will either keep some of my position or buy back in (whichever I determine offers the best advantage).

Portman states:
I anticipate that when we reset higher that the sell off will dip. I will sell off some or all, and if the 10K is really that good I will either keep some of my position or buy back in (whichever I determine offers the best advantage).

portman...do not take offense to what I am going to say...I have been playing this all along..BUT (this is not directed at portman)
what you state is what at least 80% of the current shareholders are intending...and this is why I do not forsee Rufas doing any kind of "damage control"...he wants believers and HOLDERS to be involved in this stock...not "us" that are out to make a quick buck...this will drop...IMO...and Rufas will "let it"...the PPS at this point doesn't matter...the end result is in the "reset"...sell and rebuy or sell and watch or have faith and hold...it's your call...(I sold half of my position on Friday...I will rebuy at the time that I see to be good)but don't look for Rufas to do any type of "damage control"...good luck all...see ya all on Tuesday....

I'm still not selling. I'm glad this time I bought in the very beginning and have already made my profit. Now if it goes to $54 I'll be
extremely happy, if not oh well. I'll ride it back down.

Can you people do yopurselves a favor and stop telling the MMs your game plan??? If this was a spy program you'd all be dead already for giving up vital intel to your game plan. Follow the art of war and divulge only information that won't give the enemy (Market Makers) the advantage. Geez!!!

Does the writing need to be any clearer on the wall. We have been on the NAKED SHO list for over 2 weeks. Desperate times, require desperate measures. A short squeeze cannot happen if people sell. Things will just get crazier and crazier as we get closer to finishing this deal. Look at the big picture people and don't believe every thing you read. Keep your eyes on the facts. JMO

excellent point trade4...

each stock is different...

have you ever seen a stock with such a low float get naked shorted?

look at ACTC..... that one got the NS treatment...

BUT?

the shorts knew EXACTLY where to get their shares so thay could wait it out (if they had to, they didn't have to, cuz not enough people bought in)...

this one? the short shares ARE being bought by somebody that is holding, and there is a serious risk in shorting more. very serious.....

We are actually pretty calm over here... each of us in different position. I have yet to cover my capital, but it's not gonna kill me if I lose it ( still would suck). I haven't been playing on this one, and I'm ok with that. I've stopped going over to iHub . . . that's when I get an awful feeling in my gut.

In my opinion, nothing has changed on this stock.... but I'm still thinking critically.

I can't believe that some might get away with the fraudulent opinions and "paperwork" that have been posted.

I talked this whole scenario with my father this weekend. He has been a succesful investor for many years, and has alot of experience. He lost 200k in a private company that was suppose to emerge as an IPO. He was reassured by his longtime friend and financial planner that this was "groundfloor" and extremely profitable.
The CEO's and officers of the company bought homes in Malbu, Ferraris, yachts.... all the bling on their investor's money...a and the deal was delayed for almost a year..... until the FBI called the house. They questioned all the investors.

There was paperwork in play and so-called "loopholes" in the law that these businessmen tried to use to escape conviction.
This did not work.... everyone involved went to prison for 10 years. My dad's friend got a 1 year sentence for his involvement, and he was indirectly involved. He still didn't get away.

Somehow, I felt reassured that there are very real stakes involved. Rufus and co. can't just walk away from this with a slap on the wrist. The paid bashers and those disseminating false documents will pay for their involvement. So many laws have been broken, so many SEC documents have been filed. They are many legitimate persons and businesses involved. I don't think Rufus is that cavalier about the importance of this merger, despite how he comes across.

So, for now I sit back... pay attention to PR Newsires and documented facts, and play it as best I can.

This is not like I bought a stereo out of the back of some guys car, found out that it doesn't work, and got ripped off with no consequence to the seller.
