I think this definately reinforces that...
Is this a good thing or bad????
Think about it... tell your buddies to go take over this weak company and get stock to help control it...show up 6 months later to reverse merge and funding.
The real money is in the deal.. not $1 for their shares.
Why would someone perpetrate fraud to help friends and acquantances make 20 to 100k pre-merger?
I don't think so. The money is in the deal. Just made it easier to overtake Fronthaul and make it happen. That's why Rufus had the idea of things moving so fast... but he ran into a few more speed bumps. Remember... "the PPS does not matter".
I don't think we have been seeing people do a major selloff of the released shares.
Now if a 10K comes out... the price goes up and people bail big time... then I wonder.

Mr Catia, no offense, but havent we killed that warrior link with DD yet? without some background, it's a heckhole waiting to happen just throwing it out there. man. well, fwiw, i couldnt find any 'negatives' in the link, and i found plenty of companies that consulted w warrior that actually seemed happy with their services.
mrCatia found one man that says he was being followed, getting death threats, and seemed pretty dang disgruntled.
in a nutshell. it was all in a previous thread.
im off for a few hours, bye! ~BB

If the 10-k comes out and the sec allows them to reset the price as advertised, then the fundamentals for supporting the price will be there and validated by the sec. They dont just let you reset the pps without justification.
A lot of fhal private investors post on hsm, and they all say the same thing. they have crap loads of shares and will take profits on the reset, but the majority of their shares are going long on cshd.

Possible MM wanting to see how many people will chase it. Sometimes happens when there's no news.

Bah!! Wqy to go BB, take the wind out of my Warrior sail!!
I agree, we did DD the crap out of it a while ago. But, the more i learn that Rufus might have been leading this charge for longer than i previously was aware of it makes me wonder if there is more to this setup than meets the eye. The only reason i dropped the Warrior subject before is because i found no link between Rufus and Warrior, now im not as sure.
Ok, ok, thats the last ill say on the subject. Its a reach and ive beat it to death now i guess.

Well, I did say that the MM's might try the old run up and down today.... ?
Being on that SHO list they don't have fake shares to sell so they have to do something, if they just let it run up then they hang themselves when they have to cover the naked shorts...
It's and interesting play ~
But, as long as there are no BS letters, we should enjoy that pos upward lift from the SHO, that's what "supposed" to happen and why I get so bent when they screw with it ~

short version: Rufus attempted to do this before with bban. Apparently the execs of bban were using the company to line their pockets so he fired them. In retribution to that they conspired with some folks (mm's and shorters) to short the stock into hell, and then used that to kick rufus back out of the company. bban fell apart with in a year after they booted rufus and the sec disbanded it. The ceo was banned from trading in pink sheets ever again.
Rufus stated in the beginning of this merger that he has set it up to bury their sorry butts. So far everything points to that being the case. Never have I seen such efforts to try and tank a stock before. Even people involved in bban shorting are involved with bashing cshd. The cshd thread on silicon_investor was started by one of the original bban shorters. -------------------------------------- Rufie's lawyer he said,... was for going after "those" kind of people, so that all fits nicely ~

Hammer has resigned as COO of HPY, apparently under good terms... from the 10Q dated 8-11-06 1. Pursuant to your resignation letter dated May 8, 2006, effective as of the date thereof, you will cease to be the Chief Operations Officer of the Company. You will continue as an employee of the Company for a period of one year from the date hereof with responsibility for the duties prescribed by Robert O. Carr. After such one year period, you will continue as an at-will employee of the Company. You will continue to be paid your current salary but will not be eligible for a bonus from the Company.
The real question is, what's up with the 2500 trades? There have been a ton of them today. I thought I saw them a week or two as well. Earlier, it was almost all 2500, 5000, 7500, or 10000 trades with random ones sprinkled around...
Anybody know? MM's trading with each other, covering, or ???
