Why are there no "times" on the sent portions of the "new" emails from ourstreet? Only the date?
If that is a response from HSWF?? They didn't say that they sent it...only to not post it...who and how did anybody get a hold of it... This is all a crock...a bunch of flippin' stupid games!

all these phone calls are heresay as far as i am concerned... nothing personal portman, but this thing has become surrealistic in the extreme...
if people called Mensah and recorded his conversation? they may be in big trouble:
Will you record conversations you overhear? No, we do not record conversations we overhear. It is against the law in Georgia to record a conversation in which you are not actively particpating. However, if we are a part of the conversation, like when we are doing a witness interview, we can covertly record it.
if it was an interstate phone call? then the FBI is involved???
this stuff is getting beyond irrational...
there are plenty of good reasons for this deal to be stalled...
i am not gonna speculate at all anymore because everything i have seen since this stock came along indicates that nobody can read simple english...
IMO? Rufus brought a lot of it on himself by going on paltalk, just IMO...

This could bring back the old movie of the week. Hey I got an idea James from IPRE could get the funding and direct it. At least he has experience in the Penny Market. Now for a title. Show down in Pennyland 1: 10K and waiting, OurStreet fading. Since James has the martial artist's it could be a Kung Fu Movie with delayed audio.

I find it very difficult to believe the whole Phone call/Paltalk scenario of last night. First, it allegedly took place after 8PM EST on a Friday night of a long Holiday weekend. Second he was reached on someone else's cellphone(unless that story has now changed). Third, why in the world would this man discuss confidental sensitive information with someone he doesn't know? If he has a problem with CSHD, I would think he would at least be discussing it with them directly or his attorney not in a cellphone conversation with an unknown investor in CSHD.
Lastly, If he were really that frustrated, I would think he would take all references to the deal off the website so as not to be disturbed by panicky shareholders of a company he has no interest in.
Just my take for what it is worth.
I did sell my remaining shares yesterday but only because I believe the whole fiasco will have an effect on the PPS and I will be able to buy back for less and add additional profit to my position. Afterall they are free shares since I took my profits earlier. I will be looking for reentry on Tuesday.
Why would anyone believe OurStreet? A little DD shows how unreliable he is, even his own website has a disclaimer that the infomation may not be correct.
This is surely the wierdest play of this year if not ever.

I wasn't questioning you. I question the whole scenario. How did they verify it was him? According to the different posts I have read last night and today, it's in dispute whether it was truely him or not.

i am beginning to think that there is some sort of subliminal messages being flashed on the screens of people that log in at ihub... the message drives you crazy, and destroys your judgement...
those of us that are immune to this subliminal message are immune cuz we are already crazy as loons and can't be driven anywhere...

Looking at Glass' and 10's last post...I really must be tired...I was not trying to be defensive. Having to be [defensive here] did not cross my mind with this group.
I have no doubts. When you read my posts I try to distinguish when I know and when I am placing conjecture and opinion into my post.
I beleive they talked to Mensah last night. They spoke to both this morning. Very few were privy to the actual calls. About 10 people.

GLTA Wally
The night call was to the office. The day call was to the cell. He recited the phone number and time that they called the office (without being asked. Talked about things you would pretty much think only he would know. Oh, and he was fluent in french. Several questions that he should quickly know he answered without hesitation. So, if this was a fraud ... I'm fooled.

Portman, I understand that the tone at IHUB makes everyone defensive. No one here questioned your integrity. I was simply questioning what went on last night on Paltalk. I question everything becuase unless I know for a fact, first hand what happened I must consider if it's legit. Here at Allstocks we DO NOT attack the individual but we do question the information.
I have posted info without a link to it's source and when questioned gone back to the original source and posted the link. You were reporting what you heard and I thank you for that. But it doesn't mean that I can't question the circumstances of how the information was derived, once again not questioning you personally but the Paltalk set up in general.

Wallymac...Nope, I am still not offened nor do I feel attacked...and not intending to be defensive. I must have that style of writing or something.
Just providing more feedback to you based on the comments you made. None of this is third hand...I was there.
BTW, I call the CSHD forum on IHUB --> Springer...I rarely go there.

I never felt attacked or that I needed to be defensive. I just must have come off that way because I was being cautious so as not be be alarmist.
Sorry for that folks.
I am going to have to read the Post article again. Not sure how I take it. Right now I am leaning toward Rufus needs to drop these guys as they sound 2 bit.

Portman, I don't post daily on CSHD thread, but read it daily and have been in it for a while now. I saw the article too before you even posted it. I don't believe you needed to post that link. Do you think the writer Roddy Boyd took the time to do the DD to refute the fake letter and other bashing of this stock?? Most likely not, so he went ahead and post his article anyway. I'm not attacking you, but it sounds like you and Trade04 are really looking for much cheaper shares here, and I do apologize if I'm wrong but this is just my opinion.

Rufus Paul Harris, the CEO of Convergence Solutions, has issued press releases and taken to stock message boards guaranteeing his investors that their stock - currently trading at about 94 cents - would be worth at least $15, and maybe as much as $54.
The promise struck many as dubious, given that the company had $143,000 in revenue last quarter.
The centerpiece of this promise was an agreement by the Atlanta-based Humanitarian & Scientific World Foundation to provide more than $1.3 billion in assets that would fund Convergence's growth.
Twice over the past month, Convergence filed SEC documents describing the assets provided by the foundation.
But The Post obtained a "cease and desist" request sent by the foundation to Convergence that appears to turn out the lights on Harris' plan. The foundation's letter accuses Harris and Convergence of a "severe lack of communication" and "failure to provide credit facilities" as the basis of the complaint.
More ominously, the foundation accused Convergence and Harris of "a potential attempt to deceive our organization."
Steven Canady, a trustee of the foundation, confirmed to The Post that the relationship was over between the two groups. Calls and e-mails to Harris were not returned.
The Foundation's capital allegedly came from one of its trustees, Adnan Sakli, according to Canady. He has repeatedly refused to discuss Sakli, due to what he called "national security concerns."
The Post contacted Sakli, who refused to describe his background. He noted only that he put together funding for the Hong Kong airport "at the behest of people in Beijing." A spokesman for the Hong Kong Airport authority denied any knowledge of Sakli.
Asked about a 1999 lawsuit charging him with backing out of a financing venture, Sakli initially denied knowledge of it, then described it as "nonsense."

Regardless of whether the original letter is fake or not, the threat to the company has evaporated.
IF the letter was legitimate, it appears that it was a "Jump-the-Gun" decision to send. Maybe it was just a tantrum thrown because Rufus wasn’t holding their hand the whole time. It's hard to say but I'm sure we will receive a comment from Rufus shortly. JMO
