I don't like the way he worded this, but I think his point was that it's very difficult for this board to pay any attention to people who are not in this "group". I have also asked questions that almost always go ignored. Not slamming anyone here, but there is some truth to what he says. I'm new to this and probably ask some questions sometimes that may be lame to some of you, but I only ask them if I can't come up with the answer myself. I have a lot of respect for MANY of you in this group. There's no doubt that there is a lot of talent here, but sometimes reaching out to new people would be nice.

Sorry, not trying to slam, cut-down or bash anyone or anything here, just I see the same thing at times. GLTA

I agree. The best ways to learn are to read and ask questions, it's just people are very wary of anyone coming here to just stir up the pot.

Thanks for the 144 lists. Now i have something to do tonight. Im guessing these people all are promised an exit strategy by Rufus when he came in and absorbed into "their" company. Do they know more than we do? Im guessing that would be illegal. So, do they know as much...or even less than we do? Is .85 plenty enough for people that might have gotten in around .05? Could be a massive sell off....but is that a bad thing? Maybe good ole Ruf wants them to sell of now instead of later. Orrrrrr maybe he promised them all big money and he wants to wait until the shares are all unrestricted before resetting the price. But, if he is confident that the price wont fall then that doesnt make sense.

Geez, the 144's sure make me wonder.

filing the 144 doesn't mean they are selling right now...
it simply gives them clearance to do so in the future.

perhaps they are readying to sell their shares at the reset to institutions and/or shorts?

Hmmmm, ok so we seem to believe that these 144's are all related to Furia....likely from back in the day right?

Look here

http://northdallashigh.com/0HomePage/Newsletters/newsletterjan04.htm

Look for the Duron family...a few of them filed 144s recently. Marciano being one of them. He is apparently from this company http://www.rockyduron.com

But, the interesting thing is. Read the names just following Marciano and Ruth Duron in the North Dallas High link above. Tell me what you find. [Smile]

Make them big by clicking "detach" then "clone" tab as many as you want. You can also just double click the very top blue header to make it full screen.

You can shrink or pull the chart windows too by moving your mouse over the sides and clicking and dragging in or out, up or down.

This is how you can fit 6-8 live charts in your window to watch...

Hope that helps!

I think this definately reinforces that...and that link is referencing a lunch that took place last December...

The only thing i cant confirm is why "our" Paul Harris would be there. It says 49/50/51 reunion but our Rufus claimed to be what...38? It doesnt say he was there as an alumni so its possible but no confirmed link so far. Its another one of those crazy coincidences?

So far it looks good. It reinforces the idea that they laid a trap for the shorters that cost rufus a lot of money during his bban days.

i pointed out in July that Furia had deliberately defaulted on financing deals...

as in, not by accident, and not by circumstance beyond their control...

there are no garantees this will go as anybody expects it to, but this "play" is not happening by accident...

I think it's just reinforcing that fact that we've all kind of thought this whole merger has been planned for QUITE some time now...

Meaning...I think they know/have known exactly what they are/have been doing for longer than anyone here thought...basically what BB alluded to earlier...as have others throughout this whole situation...

Or they're just super duper matchstick men...but i'm beginning to think more and more each day...that this isn't the case here...

Yea, it reminds me of my Warrior Capital concerns from some time ago. I dont like the idea that Rufus had his hands in this 2 years ago when Warrior Capital was "consulting". I would have thought Fronthaul would have made a big deal out of this back when i bought in but the only "joint venture" type of thing was that non profit org CEOTA. This is all kinda weird to me.

Thanks,
Milliam

yep, when you pay for it you'll see so many indicators it'll take a week to go through them all! But you can "tweak" change, overlay... -whatever you want, sky is the limit ~

hint:
When checking out an indicator, DON'T use penny stocks, -too zig-zggy, use the symbol QQQQ to get nice true reads. BACKTEST indicators to see if they tell you what you are looking for. I listed my fav's before.

I studied Breakouts and noticed that a day or two before they happened that some of these indicators did certain things, others had to be tweaked to make them faster, so now when they ALL go green, BANG! -works like magic!

Like I said, you'll see this in back testing, MACD is a lagging indicator, but you can Tweak it with those numbers I posted and be in at least a day before the crowd gets there, charts don't lie, you'll see it (daily charts).

hope that helps ~

I'm going to say this isn't our Paul Harris...although he is listed here as Paul R. Harris, but the class 1950.

Bah, it figures. I start enjoying myself and a meeting noticed popped up for 2pm. Not sure how long ill be gone but so far the general consenus is that this could be good news because it shows long term planning. I agree this all could be good. But, ive brought these guys up before and no one seemed concerned. While im in my meeting if anyone is interested please check them out.

"Warrior Capital" They received shares from Furia filed in an 8k a while back, sorry i dont have the link right now or i would posit it. I'll try to find it later if no one can turn it up. Basically they set up reverse mergers and similar types of deals and they havent always been, lets say...clean.

Here for example...........this guy claims Warrior, aka Darrel Uselton, set him up with a reverse merger for his own benefit. Pumping, dumping bashing and possibly shorting.

http://www.sec.gov/rules/petitions/4-500/rdnull071205.htm

Sorry, i dont mean to dump all of this and run to a meeting. I hope it all means nothing. As i said, i brought it up before and it was mostly ignored.

This is all kinda weird to me.

welcome to the wonderful world of pennystocks...

this one is outstanding even among pennies...

there is much to be learned here...

what's been most interesting to me so far is the behaviour of quite a few people with a real track record of understanding the pennystock world and "pretending" they know WTF is going on...

how to force the squeeze is the next big hurdle...

having the "tiger by the toe" is not a garantee of dinner... [Big Grin]

short version:
Rufus attempted to do this before with bban. Apparently the execs of bban were using the company to line their pockets so he fired them. In retribution to that they conspired with some folks (mm's and shorters) to short the stock into hell, and then used that to kick rufus back out of the company. bban fell apart with in a year after they booted rufus and the sec disbanded it. The ceo was banned from trading in pink sheets ever again.

Rufus stated in the beginning of this merger that he has set it up to bury their sorry butts. So far everything points to that being the case. Never have I seen such efforts to try and tank a stock before. Even people involved in bban shorting are involved with bashing cshd. The cshd thread on silicon_investor was started by one of the original bban shorters.

I'm just enjoying normal upward pressure, which is what you would expect from being in "The SHO" [Smile]

tiny buys down, solid buys going forward with little volume and not much price movement, but UPWARD.

Nice buys rolling thru at .84... opps, better make that .85!! ha ~
