Nah.. no enemies here.. just trying to involve those who think critically AND do the legwork without spouting off with "I thought you guys should be at $15 by now" junk. Always open to other viewpoints on this stock, and all express concerns at some point or another. It's just that there needs to be some DD to support it. And the crazies are even releasing fake legal documents and PR's. Makes it tougher.

Thanks Dog. Like I said, I do understand. I watch you guy pretty close and have learned a ton from you. Hopefully I'll be tossing in some good DD as I get better at this stuff.

40 pages? That wont even cover the $15 question you asked. That would be covered back in one of the 100+ threads.
Repo, yes...this is the stock that was intended to open at $15 a share when the merger is "complete". However, after more bonds were added the price went to $26 i think? And recently there is "rumor" of something closer to $54. This, of course, is all based on a leap of faith type of scenario since the 10k is still not filed so no one (except for the man behind the curtain) knows what the true book value is yet.
Are we a cult? If the definition is a group of people who help each other dissect good and bad PRs to the point of exhaustion all the while dealing with bashing and naysayers then yes, pour me soom koolaide.
If you have anymore questions id be happy to answer. But, in the defense of the board, you do come off a bit snide at times so you should expect a bit of distrust.

Repo... What it boils down to is the 10k, when it's filed if it's as good as the CEO says (SEC filings have over a billion dollars worth of bond deals they did) then it has been said that the "justifiable" share price could be as much as $54.
No fluffy PR's... we have SEC filings, NICE SEC filings...
Now we wait for the bomb to drop and the price reaset while they bash and try to cover all the naked shorts out there, cause obviously they don't want to cover at $54 a share..

Ok...I just have to point this out...speaking of cults and the like...
Of the four 144's that ima talked about last night...I just happened to look at them...
One was the biggest yet 585,500 shares...for one Michael Hammer(porn star perhaps?)...
The funny thing is...75k were submitted by the Holly Springs Baptist Church...now if someone wants they could call and bug the church and maybe get some info out of them? is that wrong?

Chart, when you do Bollenger bands and some oother chart analysis, do you use a 60 minute interval, daily, or what? I like to veiw chart in daily often times, but One, with CSHD I can't get many days to show up becasue of the symbol change from FHAL. And Two, There are driving factors in the middle of the day that I like to have an accounting for. Thanks for all your help! Ima

I believe in the here and "NOW" -don't care where the price has been, only where it's going.
When this is all over this is what I'll do. I'll make a hot list, most actives, most talked about, bullish engulfing scans (stock charts . com) or Clearstation dot coms Tech tab -most actives, -Show Graphs in Bulk page, then use the gallery page at Stock charts to see the trend in the WEEKLY chart, "THEN" look at the daily to see if it's about to swing up within the major trend...
Those that pass this test get put on the board and charted and flipped the next day.
During the day I use minute intra-daycharts.
I posted earlier everything one would need to know to nail tops and bottoms at Prophet. net.
Hope you had a chance to read it, or better yet hope you printed it out. Time tested system there! I named the indicators I like to use and even my "tweaked" settings...
I've showed here that you can predict turnarounds about 5 minutes before they happen (in a perfect world), just extend the lines out to where they would cross and bang, there's your turn point.
Why would I tell what I do?.. Why not?!
If fact, if everyone did what I did at the same time we would actually help push things along -wink - wink. So I nave nothing to gain by not telling just how to do it...
