I'm supprised the guys at "I'm a loser Hub" are not trying to convince us that this Tom Benson is the same guy that owns (or owned because he's dead) the Saints. Remember how he would dance on the field with an unbrella as if he was drunk?

FWIW..........I just saw this article come across my Scottrade alerts notification......It looks to be a partial print of the CSHD article to entice signing up and/or subscribing to streetinvesting . com. As such, I am still looking to see if the article is on presswire but have not found anything yet..... wondering if anyone else has and if remaining content has significance? Further, I do not know much about this website (streetinvesting, that is) and it's credibility, please take all with a grain of salt..btw, I printed only the first part of the article that included references to CSHD..GLTA

Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp., a diversified holdings corporation, which was formed to originate, fund and source funding for asset-based transactions in the private market, was up 13.10% Friday, with approximately 2,039,282 shares having traded hands come the toll of the day's closing bell. After two days of decline, Wall Street rebounded moderately Friday. This success was aided as oil prices continued their decline and investors seemed relatively unphased by an additional warning from a homebuilder about declining demand. However, when all was said and done, the major indexes ended the week with losses. Early last week companies such as Beazer Homes USA Inc. and Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. left Wall Street unnerved at the prospect of a sharp economic slowdown. Falling oil prices, however, counteracted inflation worries and woes and the affects of a suffering real estate market. As we have mentioned in our previous articles, oil, which had recently been above $70 a barrel, has fallen in recent days as inventory figures showed increases and tensions with Iran over its nuclear ambitions have eased. The end of the summer driving period, coupled with a lighter-than-expected hurricane season, has also helped lower prices. Upon the week's end, light, sweet crude was down $1.07 cents at $66.25 a barrel. According to preliminary calculations, the Dow Jones industrial average climbed 60.67, or 0.54 percent, to 11,392.11. Broader stock indicators also saw success, with the Standard & Poor's 500 index rising up 4.90, or 0.38 percent, to 1,298.92, and the Nasdaq composite index jumping 10.50, or 0.49 percent, to 2,165.79.
As we had also mentioned in last weeks articles, investors continue to remain wary of more rate hikes, contending the Fed's previous string of 17 straight increases have already slowed the economy at a far too rapid pace. Although the Fed, which left rates unchanged at its previous meeting, it plans to meet again on September 20th. Amidst the week's overall declines, investors of Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp...

I just bought a few more shares to get my total to an even 5,000 shares. I even paid .01 over the ask in an attempt to get a little momentum run (last week I was able to bump it up .02 cents).

We look good for an EOD so far! Jerky, had to back out to a 3 min chart to get a read... Stochastic was low and is looking up (perfect) Quick MACD says we are going for a little dip, Default MACD is just coming around (great for EOD)
looks like it will be a bit before the run starts. But it's there, looking good...
ok, we popped down and now fast MACD is green, default MACD green

Well look at that IHUB finds something worth while... I decided that since nothing was going on I would go DD the new auditor and found several really interesting Benson's out there but based on the strong ties to the address settled with the same one that came from IHub.
Great credibility and I can say yet another person is now linked to this who would not put a great reputation at risk.
Nice little power MI power couple here.

they must be playing games again, flow is all wrong...
in the minute charts now it wants to break, 0 (zero) line keeps calling the MACD back down... but with Stockhastic rising and Acc/Distr rising the price will rise in deed, just looks like a matter of "when"

It really is too bad I found a powerful attourney in St. Louis name Thomas L. Benson. He would have been cooler than the MI DNR auditor. He did legal work on corporate reorganizations, and mergers, and I fould his name all over a bunch of Republican Party donations lists including one with Madeline Albright where he and she gave the maximum individual contribution to George W. Bush.
Yeah... Thomas L. Benson Attourney from St. Louis would have been more fun. Oh well.

Well, if you break it down i would assume that we should see it Thursday, but i understand your disbelief. In the 8k it does say the scheduled date to complete the merger is Sept 13 and in order to complete it we need the 10k. But, since im breaking it down it does say "scheduled" and we know that just because its scheduled to take place on that day it doesnt mean it will happen. We can only hope.
