Every body is waiting for a PR, I don't think it will happen tonight. Look at this statement closely. He said this will complete the merger, and now the 10k can be finished. If anything I think it would be tomorrow, not today. I'm not saying it will definitly be tomorrow(for those who like to take everything out of context). JMO
The Official Merger date has been set for Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at the close of the trading day. At that time the corporation will receive the Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners (NOBO) from ADP Automatic Data Processing Inc. located at 51 Mercedes Way Edgewood, NY 11717 allowing the conclusion of the FHAL shareholder list for the completion of the Audited 10-K.

Maybe they are waiting for the extended hours to end before they release anything. Just to make sure that there is no outside influance on the PPS until tomorrow. I at least hope that is true.

I'm not asking for the 10k, but a PR verifying the merger is done, and the S4 or whatever it is filed to show its done.

Peaser...I have been playin' the "little bounces" on this...but if I was with Ameritrade...I'd be a little po'd...and would more than likely just grab 1K worth and look the other way...until after the merger and filings...

I believe it's going to be WWIII tonight over on ihub. People are already screaming for a filing right now. Everyone wants it but I for one didn't really expect a filing and reset for open tomorrow don't get me wrong I'd love to see it. Just not holding my breath
A. “Street name” is the term given to securities held in the name of a brokerage on behalf of a customer, usually done to facilitate subsequent transactions. Street name refers to beneficial shareholders who maintain their ownership through a brokerage. Street name holders are the opposite of registered holders.

Q. Can I find out who the “street name” holders are?
A. Typically, “street name” beneficial owners are not identifiable. However, an issuer may be able to identify a portion of the “street” population by obtaining a listing of Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners (“NOBO” list). An issuer can request a NOBO listing from ADP. The listing will indicate those beneficial owners who have instructed their broker that they do not object to the disclosing of certain ownership information about themselves. Beneficial owners that do object to the disclosure of certain ownership information about themselves are called Objecting Beneficial Owners.
Non-Objecting Beneficial Owners and Objecting Beneficial Owners constitute the entire “street name” population. Consequently, a NOBO list will only provide the identities of a segment of the aggregate beneficial owner population.

Q. What is ADP?
A. ADP (Automatic Data Processing) is a firm that many of the brokerages have contracted with to perform annual meeting mailings and proxy tabulations. Individual brokerage houses have out-sourced annual meeting processing to ADP. When a broker search is performed, the results often indicate that a large percentage of the proxy material is going to be delivered to ADP for further distribution to the beneficial holders of the various brokerages. ADP will mail the proxy material to beneficial shareholders and tabulate the proxy results. There exists a small percentage of brokerages that have not enlisted ADP to perform annual meeting processing.

I think the bashers are pushing the filing for today because we're all pretty sure it won't happen. They just up the anticipation by saying its going to happen and then some of the mindless ones start thinking its got to happen, and then when it doesn't...they sale, the pps tanks...you know the scenario.
FHAL and CVSU intend to file an S-4 registration statement / prospectus in connection with the proposed Merger for the registration of the CVSU share pursuant to the Merger agreement. Completion of the Merger is subject to customary closing conditions, including, among other things, (i) absence of any order or injunction prohibiting the consummation of the Merger; (ii) the accuracy of the representations and warranties of the each party; and (iii) compliance of each party with its covenants.
If the newly hired auditor quits, run fer da hills IMO. How long will the audit process take?
I remember when PLNI was promising audited financials last summer. I believe that they finally provided them a year later. Many excuses came up for over a year. Just hope that this doesn't take place here.
