Yeah...but Peaser...this is what I have stayed around for...I will be glad when it's over...
Done or not...I am out the first trading day in October...I hope it's before...but we shall see...

No(10k)..only that they "obtained" a CPA...I emailed the guy and he said that it would be "done" by the 30th...

OK, so back to the stock instead of Rufus and Ben's nutts....

The last PR about today's deadline gave the MMs plenty of notice to cover. They've also known that today was coming long before the PR. Now, if he said he would give them a chance to cover before the reset, technically he has. I'm still with 10 and the others that think it will be next week or closer to the deadline...if only because the NOBO list won't magically appear on the 10K in a couple of hours. The part that doesn't make sense to me (and likely a newbie issue) is that won't they have to account for all of the outstanding shares in the filing, so won't it be obvious how many shorts are still hanging out there waiting to cover?
