this may be silly question but can anyone explain why the pps doesn't go up when there are 12,000 buys, but itseems to dip down when there are only a few sells?

That's just it. It doesn't make sense. Defies the normal reaction to market pressure.
There aren't just sells, or just buys.. Who's buying if no one is there to sell?
You need a buyer and a seller.
I think were people get confused is there is an indicator that makes how many BUYS and SELLS there are, the numbers are never the same because one person can dump 100,000 shares and 4 people can buy 25,000 each.

I think it is simply incredible that we are 1 1/2 hours away from the NOBO time, and the price isn't as high as it was when the darn thing was announced??? I at least thought we would be back near that 1.60ish high. Thoughts?

Remember.. a dollar PPS is too high for penny traders. The big boys don't pay any attention to pinks....
This stock is in no man's land, and the camps are divided. No real sellers today makes manipulation with mirror trades easier, but there is some pressure working to keep this above a dollar. The question is who, and why?

Hey folks channel 9 here has a show on tv how to trade~lol~ how to learn to trade nd talk like you belong on walstreet~lol~ teach me to trade so I can make money they say no matter what the market is doing you can make over 30k a month LOL what am I missing??/

This is an excellent recap on past PRs put out that make mention of 10k or sb4 docs. Ive read all of these along the way and it always concerned me why the documents didnt "come to be" but i figured they just had troubles off and on and this time they will pull it off.
The best part is though, look at who replied and....is he actually defending CSHD, more likely being sarcastic? heh

I have to say I am also somewhat skeptical when I read the past headlines. I have seen that type of PR before from a CEO and it is not very inspiring. You just have to put a date on your patience and stick to it.
One thing I like is the last two PR's that mentioned 8K filing were promptly followed or preceded by an 8K. Things change in growing companies, let's hope Rufas's consistant delivery of filings on time and as expected holds true. (10-K before deadline) If it does I am sure you will see me around here as a happy loyal shareholder for sometime.

So, with all of these 144 filings why dont we see FHAL officers filing? Mike had something like 26 million shares!? I dont know how it works, was it possible for Rufus to buy those shares directly from him during merger aquisition? If not, and Mike hasnt filed...then is he just holding a buttload of shares?
