These oil stocks have many facets of profitability. We just might be able to gas up this summer.

I'm seriously like about to cry right now. I'm 16 years old and I went to invest 1600 bucks into this at .20. My stupid Ameritrade account wouldnt let me for some reason and now I'm seriously contemplating suing them. I would have 3800 hundred. I HATE AMERITRADE.

You have to wait for a check or bank transfer to clear. Wired money would clear immediately (unless there is an issue with opening a new account), but the other funding methods take 3 days at least, if not more.

YEah Sam, with ameritrade it takes 5 business days for funds to clear to be able to buy non-marginable securities. If you wanted to buy something of the nyse or nasdaq you would have been able to right away.
One way around this-the best you can do is three days later, call their (888)8719007 and place the trade with a broker, they will let you in three days instead of 5.

I think the uplisting to the OTC will happen before the buyout news is released IMO. Both are good things though.

What you all should think of before a knee jerk reaction makes you sell, is if we get a buyout offer and they decline it (I think they have to vote on it though), is that whoever is making the offer knows more than we do. They know more about the business, about the industry, etc... and they wouldn't be offering if they didn't expect a return on their investment.
This company is worth much more than this, buyout or no buyout based on all industry averages.

yea i dont see how that could be a bad thing if the company comes out w. a PR stating that the currenty buy out offer was too low, so we rejected, that would prove the confidence in the company, and i think would only allow for more room for this baby to take off even higher.

IMO, people will dump regardless of the reason if the deal falls through. Just be aware of it. Meanwhile, I hope we don't even go there. Sorry if my negative view bothers you; on the other hand, don't fall in love with NDOL.
I'm thinking NDOL doesn't need to hold a vote; they already own a majority percent and can vote without us -- unless their bylaws do not allow it.

I'm not saying a vote with "us" I'm saying they'll probably still have a company vote... all the big players in the company whoever that may be.
You don't bother me, and I'm not inlove. But you just talk nonsense for no reason

I agree, don't fall in love with it, but do some DD to figure out what you think this stock should really be worth and don't let somebody else talk you into selling "cheap"

Now, that's a strange thing to say. NDOL owns 80%. There are no "big players" to be concerned about. If you don't like my DD and advice, feel free to find your own nonsense. No need to be rude.
