I'm thinking the stock will need to fill in that gap we got this morning before continuing the run. That is usually what happens during big runs.

Thorn, I know what you mean about btsi. Before the split it looked good, but the share price never reflected the valus afterwards, so it dove. More insight might have been a great asset here.

I would like to see that gap filled just for piece of mind. That way, we will have solid steady gains instead of high and low bouncing.

NORD is setting the share value at $3.50 and $11.00. Not sure what that calculates to in a buyout, but buy out shouldn't mean give away in my untrained amateur opinion.

No, buyouts are almost always at a premium to what the estimated value is (having nothing to do with share price). $3.50 doesn't seem unreasonable given the reserves they have and the still climbing oil prices.

I must have missed something. Where did this info come from?
As for filling the gap, yeah, could happen, but then again, I think there's far too much buying pressure for it to go that far down; then again, if we don't get a PR this week....

Invester posted a link to a prior PR that had the CEO saying that was a reasonable share price ($3.50)...and said he had $11 worth of oil per share. At current oil prices it's closer to $16 per share.

So then it sounds like we are not going to get a Press Release for the possible buyout until around May 1st according to this mornings news.

People who claimed to have talked to the company said they are releasing the buyout mid-week, this week. I wouldn't sell before that...but that's me. In general, I agree that taking profits and setting reasonable entries/exits are the best way to go. But this one's different for me...you can't compare this to any other penny out there IMO.
