Well I'm just as excited as you guys about the upcoming news about the offer, but what do you guys think will happen if it DOES go through? Do we expect a rapid drop in price right after, or do you think it will climb higher due to bigger people looking at it?

Can Someone respond to this?

Sam - if the buyout goes through you can expect the price to climb towards the buyout offer. The price will not tank after a buyout is approved, because at that time it's as close to guaranteed money as you'll find in the stock market...

Is that time frame feasible? I mean to be listed on another exchange? Why are they messing with this if they are going to be bought out?
Or does it have something to do with the buyout?

Thanks Matto. Thanks Juice.

So they are going to be bought out by a private company who would rather buy an over the counter than a pink.

OTC, This is fantastic news. Only 20% of the investing world will mess with pinksheets. OTC is much more regulated. I don't know anyone that will not buy a OTC. This tells me that the CEO cares about the stability of his company. A MM would also have a harder time keeping the stock down like he has. It demands a fair, and orderly market. I knew they filed for this, but MAY 1st. This is truly great news. I would expect a pop off of this.

Timing seems odd, unless it has been in the works for a while. They are working on moving to a higher exchange and fielding a buyout offer?

John - probably been in the works for quite a while, and the buyout offer was unsolicited. Makes sense - it will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

Ya they have mentioned moving markets back to last year. I think their enthusiasm may have picked up, now that they have a green light on oil production. Does any body feel like James Dean right now.?

They filed awhile ago. It is now taking place. I think these are two separate entities. Although, this obviously would help the purchase price.
