Well the PR says "The unsolicited offer was received by North-West Oil Group a private oil and gas company headquartered in Moscow, Russia." North-West isn't buying, THEY'RE SELLING!!!!
What's the deal here??????????
I think that was just a mistake in wording that was not caught. I think it should have been "The unsolicited offer was received from North-West Oil Group a private oil and gas company headquartered in Moscow, Russia."

WOW!!! I thought I got in this one a little late in the game at .72 on Wednesday before close!!! Yes, I do wish that I would have got in much earlier, but 100% profit cashed out (at $1.45) in less than 24 hours is nothing to walk away from. Now I ride the rest of my shares for free and enjoy the ride!!! It's never too late to get in a quality stock is the moral of the story!!!

thx madmoney!!! go NDOL!
I use Scottrade as well. $7 trades, and they have very good relationships with the market makers. If you go with a smaller firm, your order may sit awhile, thus loose money. They have been very effective for me. Damn, I sound like a commercial.

Like I said earlier in my posts, I'm rather new to this investing thing, especially pink sheets and I'd like to thank ALL the honest comments about this stock. I will definitely follow the respected posters and hope those like investor, madmoney, doniboy, etc... can help keep me informed about more stocks like NDOL. I'm just learning to do some DD and really learned plenty just on this thread. I almost panicked earlier today at .79 but shut the computer off and prayed for the best, after lunch I checked and about wet myself. I sold all I had, 11,000 * 1.18. I know for some of you, chump change, for me a massive positive enjoyment of stock trading. Now I must go and give it to her!!!! LOL

Um...3 commas would make you a billionaire. You had better have some investments besides penny stocks (like owning an internet company) to reach that goal...

You can't consider making money on one stock instead of another "missing the boat". It makes no difference, if you make $1000 on NDOL and sell out and end up buying AURC for $1000 more than it is right now, its the same thing as if you bought AURC at the lower price. I have a feeling though that NDOL will go up faster than AURC so if you make 63% on NDOL and sell and buy AURC at 10% above the price that it is at right now, you are making a much better decision. Remember...NDOL went up 90% today while AURC went up 25%. NDOL is a good bet IMHO.

I'm waiting too, do you think we'll miss some of the boat on aurc now, or will we be safe to get in once ndol finishes?
I look at it that you have about 60% at most left in NDOL, I'm already up from .23-.28 in the AURC. It will be up 100% within a couple of trading days. NDOL will hit 1.90-2.00 tops. The rest will be held by institutions that will hold out for the full 2.17. If there is more money to be made elsewhere, you should take it. I think the choice is obvious. There should be a large gap in AURC tomorrow, as everyone is wanting to get in.

You may be right Invester, but I like NDOL because I understand why its moving up. It's easy to quantify the gains That it's being sold out at $2.17 means, in my mind at least, that its worth $2.17...end of story. AURC may be a good play and I may get into it, but I want to wait until NDOL is tapped out.

Good evening all... I missed all the fun today on the board. I was flying home to TEXAS from LA to see my family that I have been gone from for 6 weeks. I have been doubly blessed today. Seeing my family and making money. Thanks to all the bright people here that make this a great place to be apart of. My take on this is two fold. The PR was released to basically shut us up. LOL. Im sure parkins got tired of answering our questions and email. LOL. The other part of the equation is something that is somewhat more speculative... The buyout at 2.17 a share I would bet would be cash. The reason being the offering company is a private company. No shares to swap, no pos restricted shares, just cash. I am saying this on speculation and if someone else thinks otherwise please share your opinion. I also believe that we should take the pr at face value and use Weatherbill's valuation method as a model until something more concrete is pr'ed by the company. God Bless Texas...Its nice to be home. TMAN...
