Remember that NDOL is a canadian company and NWOG is a Ruissian company and they have to comply to the SEC in the U.S. isnt not that easy to get all these numbers togethers and convert them.

"Concern Soars Over Energy Demand in Russia" (AP) MOSCOW Concern over Russia's ability to meet surging energy demand is soaring, even as the country prepares to host world leaders of the Group of Eight industrial nations at a July summit, and to portray itself the world's most stable energy supplier.
Compounding worries raised by January disruptions of gas supply to Europe, the International Energy Agency said this week it feared that Russia would not be able to fulfill its gas supply contracts over the next few years.
IEA executive director Claude Mandil said that Russia's state gas monopoly, OAO Gazprom, was not making sufficient investments in developing new reserves, which could endanger its existing contracts.
"It boils down to transparency and investment," IEA gas expert Daniel Simmons told The Associated Press on Tuesday. "If you look at the information that's coming out of Saudi Arabia about what they're spending on investment, then that's a step change compared to information that you're seeing from Gazprom."
Gazprom spokesman Sergei Kuprianov defended the company's "significant" 330 billion ruble (US$12 billion; euro9 billion) investment program for this year.
"Over the last five years, we have demonstrated confident extraction growth of 36 billion cubic meters, or the same as we export annually to Germany," he said.
Russia supplies a quarter of Europe's gas and is its second-biggest supplier of oil. Despite a theme of energy security at this year's G-8 summit in St. Petersburg, Russian officials have been defending Russia's reputation as a stable energy supplier after a series of reputation-damaging events this year.
In early January, Gazprom cut gas supplies temporarily to Ukraine after the ex-Soviet country refused to agree to a fourfold price hike. As Ukraine skimmed off the gas it required, deliveries to Europe dropped. The harsh winter weather that followed also saw gas supplies fall, further spurring calls for Europe to diversify its energy suppliers away from an overreliance on Russia.
Analysts also criticize what they call the sluggish decision-making process on foreign participation in Russia's bigger fields - frequently citing the delayed final list of partners for Gazprom at the giant, 2.7 trillion cubic feet Shtokman field.
The choice of which western companies to admit as know-how-rich minority partners is becoming bogged down in politics, they say, a view the Kremlin partly endorsed last week: Officials suggested that countries that hindered Russia's bid to join the World Trade Organization could expect a similarly cold reception in Russia.
"There is a substantial amount of concern that the whole process of awarding licenses and developing the gas is taking far to long and becoming far too politicized. ... The fear that they (the IEA) have is that the process of actually getting these resources into the export market is going to continue at a slow pace," said Chris Weafer, chief strategist at Alfa Bank in Moscow.
Weafer said that a widely touted pipeline deal to send gas under the Baltic sea to Germany had been eclipsed by the negative fallout from the Ukraine spat and the winter shortfalls, as well as jitters in European markets as Gazprom seeks to make foreign access to its reserves contingent on winning European marketing and retail assets.
"The purpose of the IEA report is to continue applying pressure on the government to resolve these issues. It (Russia) hasn't really done anything to deliver on its promise of energy security," Weafer said.

Hawkdriver, nothing wrong with being a pie dealer; this is a common, very common business practice.
Selling pieces of pie but not eating pie, is just fine, as long as everyone receives a decent size piece of pie at a fair price.
Recently, many were sold pieces of pie only to discover half of their pie simply vanished before it could be eaten; collapsing whip cream.
These pieces of pie being sold were fluffed up with pretty and enticing whip cream; looks big but soon falls away.
AURC, another Parkins promo, is interesting. Per Parkins' unaudited "audited" financials, AURC owes a lot more than the two-billion in assests he claims in news. AURC has not yet paid for those assets and, in fact, owes more for those assets than those assets are valued.
Interesting part is Parkins claims two-billion in mineral assets, hypes this like crazy, but does not allude to owing even more. Parkins also does not allude to AURC having no capital cash and no means to mine; Paper Tiger.

Latest AURC PR states no long term debt. All reserves were most likely purchased with stock as were the NDOL oil properties.

Valis, financials for AURC indicate, hmm, I think about two-billion in long term debts and around ten-million in short term debts along with a number of other costs.
Actual numbers are found on their website. My numbers are probably off a bit; I did not pay close attention, just glanced.
I recall thinking, "This company owes more for those assets than those assets are worth."

It would appear that Purl has declared all stocks worthless across the board. But she did quote a source of income that some may find to be a financial pursuit. Here is a quote about it. By Pur Gurl.
My girl and me take pictures of each other then sell them to softcore porno sites. We are all over the internet! Well, I am more than she is. Helps pay college costs.

Wanna be college graduates would have done well to have bought NDOL a month ago and sold it for 100k more or less. That would have bought some school books, etc,..

Clearly, you boys need to do a bit of thinking just as the writer of that statement needs to learn a bit of better grammar.

UBSS and NITE have been working this one for a week or more. That alone is ample warning,
"Something is not right."
Normally I would comment I am surprised Knight is still allowed to do business after being sanctioned so many times. Their share holders sure got buggered a year or so back.
Not a surprise knowing criminal Bush appointed a well known criminal to chair the SEC. Cox has been under indictment more times than I have boogers in my nose!
The Devil is not in the the details. The Truth is in the details.

Which stocks are UBSS and NITE not "working"? What they have done is proft on the lack of substantial volume & investor inconfidence.
I love your crytic plays. You are atleast 1/2 as entertaining as the great Nostradamus himself!

Do you have any idea how many Pinks have screwed folks?
How many have been pumped as "this is the buy of a lifetime " only to crash and burn because of dilution that nobody saw coming.
Also, how do think these companys dump shares, if not thru back room deals with the Market Makers? I hope you don't think it's the tooth fairy that does it!

For you to speculate on something like that and present it as fact is just as ridiculous as some of the wild projections I've seen for the future of this stock.
I fully expect there to be 590 million shares post merger.

Some of you boys need to put on your thinking caps, rather than your dunce caps.
UBSS, NITE, others like those companies are always around. That is unimportant. What is important is "how" they are around.
Currently, both are the major players for a long period of time.
Prices have remained stable for a week.
Volume is very high, extremely high.
Dang, boys, think for a change! What is happening is slapping you across your faces, over and over and over....
What, you expect Dustoff, me, others, to take you by the hand and walk you through this?
Reminds me of my friend, Dr. Noam Chomsky,
