it will happen dig but i could well be it is the first week of may but they can make that good with us with releasing the buyout offer friday just before the closing... listing will be no problem but i know they also have to wait for the SEC so it in not ndols fault but they better gave no specific date imo...could be good to buy more if some people sell friday because no listing and i will be happy to take those shares :=)))

I think you misunderstood me. When I called last week on Friday he said a day or two. This PR could come out ANYTIME this week, he never said it wouldn't this week, he was saying the guy last week was wrong and they are just waiting on the SEC. Boys it's going to be soon and personally I thought for sure it would be today, but tomorrow would be just as SWEEEEEET!

Last 4 mondays have been green. The last 4 Tuesdays have been red (including today). The last 3 Wednesdays have been green...the pattern continues tomorrow. Green we will be.
10% down from the 52 week high, you can't be too disappointed in that. Stock showed tremendous strength today IMO.

Good post Ja Rule. I didn't check it out as closely as you and was unaware of the pattern. I hope you're right.

What are the listing requirements for the OTCBB? Although the OTCBB does not have any listing requirements per se, to be eligible for quotation, companies must remain current in their filings with the SEC or applicable regulatory authority. Market makers will not be permitted to begin quotation of a security on the OTCBB, whose company does not meet this filing requirement.

I know there is great anticipation and expectation for the upcoming NDOL PRs. But after my experiece with the JPHC buyout/merger PR today with all of the excitement that preceded it and all of the confusion/anger/disappointment/panic selling/support etc. that resulted, I would like to encourage the NDOL faithful to PLEASE read and understand the NDOL PR, when it comes out, before reacting. The JPHC stockholders are still trying to figure out all the legal jargon and details of their PR.
I am hoping for the BEST possible news from NDOL. So,hopefully, this post will not have been necessary. But today's JPHC experience has made me a little wiser when it comes to PRs. GLTA

I was in twog too, but got out when it ran to .02. got out at .017 so I made a few bucks. I hope that after jphc takes a crap upon itself tomorrow, it will rebound and I can get out in the plus column. I would rather us here go to the otcbb first then the buyout come. at least it would be more transparent. just my two cents on both stocks. TMAN...

I just read the days posts for JHPC and I still have no idea what happened. Now I'm afraid that something like that will happen here and I'll be left here trying to figure it out.

have people on this board finished grilling research on why and how russian easter has screwed up day for the poor chairman ... deal with it and trust me.. this is one of the most transparent pinkies i have put my money into..
but JPHC thought quiet a few of us a very valuable lesson.. the hardest way for me because i put my stake * 0.014. owing to that, the only thing i want it to happen for thi stock and AURC is to see them get listed on OTCBB. after that.. buyout or no buyout.. this thing has got fuel.. might not be good for people who want 2000% profit in an year, but definitely good for me who want to average out at 100-200%. damn JPHH took half of the profits i made from this sucker.. but either way.. lets licking wounds can wait for the weekend..

what happend in jphc is that the buyout was done with the company doing the buying is issuing restricted shares to buy out the company...so all those shareholders get shares of the buying company yet they aren't registered so what the hell good are they? If someone takes your shares and gives you shares you can't sell wouldn't you be pissed I think so...I doubt that would happen in ndol...for one thing we aren't at .0009....I doubt the management would except restricted stock of another company makes no sense. If there is a buyout it should be in cash....or shares that are publicly traded

The difference between this and JPHC or anything else, is that a buyout here is going to cost a lot of money or stock. JPHC was merged with a 6 million dollar company. That's not going to happen here. If it's a stock buyout, it's going to be a big company (like Gazprom) and getting shares would be GREAT!
Don't get scared out of this by what happens to other garbage, incomparable stocks.

I agree. I saw a big increase in fears yesterday from posters on all the boards. Thats the only reason I was hoping for PR's on Monday or Tuesday....so all these fears didnt have a chance to settle in. Now add this JPHC scenario to the mix.
There hasn't been one thing, other than a wait, to put any fear in you about NDOL. It's just the longer you have to wait, the more time you have to think of what could go wrong. You can make yourself sick just by thinking something is wrong with you. The mind is an extremely powerful tool.
Hang on to your shares for gods sake.....and "you will be rewarded"

Good morning guys. Good posts. I agree, if you start worrying about negatives you miss the positives, and so far NDOL has been one hell of a positive stock. I just want to make sure that I am ready for any news about a buy-out, good or bad. Gotta be prepared. Let's get green today!!

Most importantly...NDOL is expecting almost $200 million in revenue in the next 12 months!
Nord Oil International, recently announced their plans to begin trading on the OTC BB Exchange, an extremely positive step for any small-cap company looking to establish credibility for themselves. Nord Oil's properties currently have a total of 48 million barrels of proven and probable reserves and the company plans to acquire additional properties and has an objective of 150 million barrels in proven and probable reserves.
