------------------------------------------------ You tried the same dirt bag tactics when you were an attack dog for Qbid..
You pumped the hell out of that piece of Crap.
You are totaly unreliable as a stock picker, and probably as a human being.

If Purl had said get out because there's going to be a big selloff, yeah, she'd be right. No, she said get out because you will lose your money (basically calling it a scam).
Purl won't be vindicated until (unless) this stock fails to do the merger and the price stays down, imo.
Let's wait and see, shall we?

has anyone considered the possibility that management felt that due to the prospects of this company, it doesnt want to short itself by selling out at 2.17, but instead wants to be a part of future successes

Good thing I shorted this at 1.24! Just kidding.
Seriously, it's dropping because it's a pink, and you saw what happened with JPHC. Merger usually means STOCK instead of cash, and that stock s restricted...
Just beware, and good luck.

you know the problem with you purl gurl, is that instead of giving well thought out constructive criticism, you choose to be glib and sing song your points.... so while you claim to have the best interests of your fellow investors in mind, how can you expect people to give what you say a grain of salt with that approach...........

That's what it sounds like to me. These guys (management) are not stupid. I am holding my free shares at least until May 12th. Might even buy more...

Besides, other than for daytraders, it is still a good deal and will likely go over $2.17; the only question is, when, not if.
You got it, Thorn.
You also got it with your message to the ever-enligtening Purl. What, exactly, other than a bunch of gloom and doom, did you tell us? Oh, that's right, pigs will get slaughtered. Talk about the clueless. We couldn't have had better news today as far as I'm concerned.

I believe this is fantastic news for people who were holding out until long-term capital gains rates kicked in...all of the doom and gloom seems to come from two camps: 1) bashers, 2)greedy short-term profiteers who may have just had their asses handed to them.
Anyway, I suggest many of the whiners here look at zero-coupon or muni-bonds for their future investment decisions.

Purl Gurl and others. I thought that you were trying to prevent people from losing money. Now you are here celebrating? Seems like you are enjoying it a bit too much. I'm glad I got out early and saved my profit, but some of these guys are holding, don't kick them when they're down. That's childish.
