JPS......What Purl says is so true. Don't listen to people on the RB Boards......someone pumping while they are dumping and someone bashing...listening to them will definitely cost you a lot of money.

When I started I listened to the "longs".......that is the way I thought you played stocks. WRONG! No one is long anymore no matter what they tell you.

GO with your gut feeling...and don't leave your ticker if you are playing the pennies. Best advice I can give you from past experience. That is the only way I have avoided losing money.

I agree. They will have to do a R/S at some point to bring this back to a manageable level. But that will take time and I hope to see .0003-4 by the time they get my shares.

Long for me is about three months.

However, I have been holding ALMI for almost
two years, CLSI for the same. No other true
longs in my portfolio.

HOM might become a true long. HOM is doing
really good.

GVRP, holding till the end of this week, makes
me nervous. I would like to out today, for
a three business day hold.

I play stocks during the day....play the ponies about 4 nights a week except this week. Too much fun on this thread. LOL

Go to casinos a couple times a month.....OMG.......I am addicted to gambling. LOL

PS I never play with more than I am willing to lose. That is my only saving grace. Thank God.

RS talk right now is crap:

Here is why:

A: they have to finish the split first,
according to nasdaq dates.
B: then they have to file
C: it takes time

that is for right now, 3 weeks from now who knows.

P.s. they also need majority shares to RS, last i heard they sold their pre split shares [Smile]

I agree with you, George.

A reverse split seems a certainty, and it will
take a bit of time before GVRP is in a position
to do that. My presumption is they will do a
reverse split at earliest chance.

Our challenge is to get out quickly yet balance
the exit timing with maximizing profits.

I am still on selling a third this week, for profit,
another third or all remaining next week. The next
few days will provide a clue on how fast of an exit.

Don't be too nervous Purl, I get that way myself but then I remember....we are in the same position that the pink sheet company is usually in when they are priming us for a dump.

The shoe is on the other foot this time actually.

Stange how I check this thread every 15-20 min. You gotta love it. Let me tell you how I would play it if I were in. I would sell the hell out of it in all three brokers. Pull the cash asap and go to Mexico for a few years. Go visit uncle mitty or something come back in a few and see what went on. **** go to the islands where you can short and make some real money. Good luck guys.I just can't see the company even trying to buy back. Shells are to cheap.

Keith, my thoughts are not crap.

"3 weeks from now who knows."

A reverse split in three weeks would be fast,
maybe a little too soon. They need to accumulate
billions of shares to have a reasonable amount
left after a reverse split. Competition will be
or should be fierce while market makers and
traders work this for profit.

A value could be reached which will be too costly
for GVRP to accumulate. Many factors at play.

I would rather be out in the next three to ten
trading days.

Nice and cozy here. CEO is in toast oven. One from DigitalKids (DK) said CEO will buy back all NNS to keep his office open. GLUV Corp is not existed anymore (It's GVRP, DK). An insider with DK sold some of 11 M she received from hub through a trust fund. She didnt understand those shares were attached with F/S shares. Interwest TA put shares into the fund and thought no insider would sell it immediately, of courese they mixed up record date and ex split date. TA blamed the wife for selling too quick when the F/S shares had not been settled yet, but the wife shouted back that she had very right to do so as long as any stock was in her fund accordingly. Lawyers from both sides are arguing now to find a scapegoat. NASDAQ. OTCBB, and SEC cannot help them much cuz it was not market maker's mistake or sort of MM manipulation. The MM simply followed his client's sell order when he did see those shares in her fund. Who's fault? Who should pay for the mistake? Blame the smartazz investors? SEC is to start to investigate the company. They want to know all this company's history and CEO's dealing. The show just begins. JIMO

Tex, at high noon Wednesday, you call your broker
and ask that broker to place a "demand to settle"
with the seller or sellers.

In a nutshell, SEC rules state shorts must be
settled in three business days. I believe the
count runs from noon-to-noon on those days.

Tell your broker you want your split shares, and
if not there, you want a demand to settle.

A demand to settle is a notice, "I want my shares."

George - (I'm in the new platform)enter GVRP into Detailed Quote - goto More Research - click on the dropdown box and select splits. I didn't know if you saw it yet. It is extremely hard to move around Scottrade right now and I'm on one of the best servers in the country.

"yes right now this TALK IS CRAP"

Keith, I suggest you go take a crap and
get over yourself.

A coyote never takes itself seriously.
I am a coyote.

Newbies and pros alike, can fend for themselves.

However, I also value opinions of others and I
will discuss, and will listen to what others
are thinking. At no time, will I simply dismiss
discussion nor opinions. I want to increase my
chances of profit and increase my profits. Others
here will help me do that, as I will help them.

I don't take myself so seriously to believe there
is no need to not listen to others.

I am smart, and smart enough to know the value
of teamwork discussion. I value this team, here.

Now, go take that crap.

Purl with minimum amount of dd you can find that this company RS'd 5 times. will they do so again to get their 33 million shares? maybe.

as you told me early not to predict, take your advice. I was taking your advice, I heard what you said, didn't like it and responded and stated why.

you feel that newbies should fend themselves, ok. Thats you, i disagree.

Everything is a discussion unless someoned disagrees with Purl, I'm wondering why the hostility. just trying to dd, and feel RS discussion is premature.
