however,
this situation will bring about change in the system, of that i am confident....
here's what i am going to argue...
i have wached several stocks trade as much 10x UP while on the SHO list...this stock can be NO diferent....
and i know how and where to get ALL of the documentation...
they are gonna have to play this one the same way they played SMTR and MSEP ...to name a couple that i am very, very familiar with......
the lawyers/legal battles and trying to undo thousands of other co's trades, would probably cost them more than just churning this one thru....... i think elite db and Keithsan agree with me on this from their statements as well...
change comes from within.....

I believe today will tell the tale. If they let it fly, which it seems they have to at this point, then everyone is getting their shares. I got an email today from Ameritrade saying that I would be short "if the company rescinds the dividend" LOL...ROFL!!! The company can't just do that on their own! Ameritrade has already admitted to in previous emails that they have the shares already.

On a wells fargo account, this morning finally had sell orders go through as open. Yesterday they were all held as pending. Numerous phone calls to the brokerage yesterday with the same smoking hole run around answers. Maybe this morning we are ready to rock and roll. Have sell orders stairstepped up from .0003 to .0006 Cheers

It looks like the company would be short to begin with if someone traded early. So basically everyone would be short. How could they possibly chase it all down?

anybody have a problem selling at 0.0006 even though tomorrow is the legal day to trade this? i would hate to have to cover. then again - i don't think they can do that. i have my shares. if they want them back, then they can retract my trades and compensate me for my time involved.

Scottrade says this is one BIG mess. The reorg. dept. at Scottrade is not allowing any F/S shares to be deposited. They say no one at Scottrade will end up short on this one. Ameritrade has caused a problem with this by allowing shares to trade before delivery....... they are ALL SHORT! The company has not issued ANY F/S shares!!!!
