Gluv(pos) did a huge RS, last week, look up Gluv for dd.-Leaving VERY VERY few shares.
Now they announced a 3 mill for 1 forward split. which obviously only the company would own, more for them to manipulate etc....
They announced Reverse merger today, and as usually happens someone sold into the news. Problem is, whoever sold into the news thought they got the split, they didn't. Ex date hasn't happened.
by trading rules, they can not announce more shares or do an RS until the forward is complete.
a 500share block at 3.50 gets you over a billion shares at .0001 gives you 100k
BANK

bottom line is they screwed up, normally on an RS, they also attach some form of FS to. But, on this one, they waited then announced they had EX date after record date etc...
Someone flubbed it they think they have the shares, just like a trader thinking they got the split and missing by a day

It is crazy, rarely companies screw up. This one did. Here is the issue, they probably know now. They may literally own the company no longer.
so they either try to buy our shares pre split with high prices. or, let out a crappy pr.
I know you think its a scam but .0001 for each share is a lot of bank. read otcbb.com thats the RULE

GLUV Corp. Announces Dividend of Homeland Productions, Inc. Shares to Shareholders WEST POINT, Ga. - PRNewswire-FirstCall - April 29 WEST POINT, Ga., April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GLUV Corp. (Pink Sheets: GLVP) today announced that shareholders of record on May 9, 2005 at 5:00 PM EDT will receive a dividend of one common share of Homeland Productions, Inc. for each common share of GLUV Corp. owned at that time.
Homeland Productions, Inc. is a private Georgia Corporation that owns all of the assets formerly held by GLUV Corp., consisting primarily of video production operations. Additionally, Homeland Productions, Inc. owns Bisconte Leather Corporation, a Tennessee Corporation, which owns certain intellectual property relating to, and rights to market, certain leather products.
Homeland Productions, Inc. will be debt free after the dividend. GLUV Corp.'s current debt (in excess of $320,000) will remain an obligation of the remaining non-operational GLUV Corp.
Homeland Productions, Inc. will be based in Birmingham, AL and James Shepherd will serve as its President. According to Mr. Shepherd, "The opportunity to leave over $320,000 of existing debt behind, and operate in a debt free environment is a significant opportunity for the shareholders. It is my hope that over the next several years we can grow Homeland Productions, Inc. into a profitable public reporting company. We are currently involved in several very exciting projects which I will be discussing in greater detail in a forthcoming letter to shareholders." At the outset, Homeland Productions, Inc. shares will not be publicly traded.
After the dividend, the Lanier M. Davenport Sr. Family Trust, which is a major creditor and shareholder of GLUV Corp., will assume or arrange for payment of all the corporation's debts to creditors other than itself. It will then acquire however many shares it determines to be necessary so that minority shareholders will be eliminated through a reverse stock split (a conversion of outstanding debt to equity at the anticipated per share price could result in the issuance of more than 600,000,000 additional shares). On May 10, 2005, the corporation will do a reverse stock split in which one new share of GLUV Corp. will be issued for every 6,500,000 old shares. Fractional shares will not be issued. Instead, shareholders who would otherwise receive a fractional share will be paid the value of their shares. Since the corporation will have no assets or business, and substantial debt, it is anticipated that the value of the shares will be only nominal, but the corporation will value the old shares at $.0005 each for purposes of the repurchase.

Yes, Keith, if readers are to take a chance on this, they need to buy by no later than May 20 to qualify, if I understand the rules on this correctly.
I am certain some back peddling news will come out on this. I don't see how this could ever happen, in reality.

just a couple of days ago, there was a blunder in a company's share price inflated by a huge percentage like from a $1 to $150. shareholders sold the second they saw the inflated price. later it was caught as a glitch and shareholders were forced to buy the shares back.

Cruz, no clue, they HAVE to know they screwed up. I had my buy in at 3.50 all day, i don't have pink level2' from work and that was the bid when i opened it.
I thought for sure it would be back to 3k in the quickness. buying each share for 200 bucks would be a cheap way out, they could go legal and lose, who knows.
