I asked him if in fact the hard launch had occurred and was running, he once again referred me to the hotline and told me that was the most current information. I asked if I could speak to Frank or Rene and he said they were not in the office at this time. I also asked him when the next PR was coming out and he told me he was not sure. I also told him there were rumors about something happening on the 8th and he told me not that he knew of. I encourage others to call and see if they can get anything different. I called this morning to ask if the service will be available and how can I subscribe to it. They have never heard about it and have no idea what it is. This is disturbing and this is San Francisco. Granted that those "in the know" would be the top executives or of a higher level than the customer service person that answers the phone. Isn't today the hard launch where the carriers should be able to see and know about Qtelevision? How can my gay San Francisco not be on the Q map? IP: Logged
