Greetings from one of the shareholders who is part of the Allstocks message board. I recently took a survey of QBID shareholders and the total # of shares held at Allstocks. I am excited to say that we are over 240 million strong and rising! It's apparent by the sound of your voice on the 6/30 hotline update that your hard work and exhausting hours are catching up to you. We all wish you well. Now onto the reason for this email. If the hard launch is indeed going to be July 1, it is imperative that you issue a press release announcing this to the world. Especially given the inability to launch a few years ago. This will help with the validation that QTV so desparately needs. I look forward to several months down the road when QTV has proven to be a viable alternative to alternative lifestyles.

they specifically stated that they spent $50000 dollars on first and last months rent. I would like to know that they have signed a lease but i didn't hear about that.

I never said i was in charge of this company, I just know that the ones in charge have not lived up to promises in the last couple of weeks, and have made statements that are misleading and intentionally so.

There are many things that we'd all like to know. However, we have to realize that every move is not going to be spelled out for us, nor are they going to put every move in a PR for us to scrutinize. That's life - incomplete and unfair. We just have to learn to make due with less info... but it doesn't hurt to try and find more...

Just give them some time!!!

He said it straight! Frank Olsen easily can be held liable if hotline messages are not true. Each hotline message is a kind of public announcement, available for investors. It is not private chat. It is offcial release of company activities!!!

What has the developers of the Q done that has been detrimental to its creation other than not live up to expectations of its stockholders? How many of these expectations have validity? Everyone here says do your DD...what does that have to do with telling a man who has been in the business for years, what he should be doing? How many here have attempted developing a G/L cable channel and experienced failure just to come back and try again having learned from the past experience?

Is DD not research to decide whether one buys stock or sells it? Does DD give you authority to blast the stock? Unless there's illegal activity going on, what gives anyone the right to ridicule and admonish a man's business. If you have facts that is one thing...but to conjecture and create supposition is quite another.

If you want the stock, fine, buy in ... if not, then bye bye. If someone keeps up with the hypothetical negative or even positive issues I suggest we totally ignore those posts and get on with the business at hand.

Sharing DD here is what it's all about...but to use the forum to discredit without validation is bad business. I have said in the past that the attitude of this forum has no bearing on the PPS. I retract that statement. I do think it has an impact...however slight.

With that said, I would appreciate postings whether negative or positive be substantiated with facts. I would also appreciate it if fellow stockholders would leave the Q executives and staff alone and let them do their job. If you don't think they know what they're doing then find a stock you believe in! 99% of you could sell at sub-penny and make a profit.

There's such a thing as loyalty and support. If one cannot be loyal and supportive of their investment, then find one that you can support. If everyone adhered to this, bashers and pumpers would be easily recognized.

Well, at least QTV has fulfilled their promise. They're spewing their signal into space. So now that we've learned that "Hard Launch" means absolutely squat ... by itself,

WHIZKNOCK, if you're out there, looks like your trademark signature has been rendered obsolete. It would be appropriate to let you coin the next phrase to take us to our next goal. But may I suggest:

"All we have to do is to get somebody to take what we've launched and actually beam it into somebody's freakin' house."

Still holding, but like the doctor who treats anorexia, my patients is wearing thin.

Why did you choose to not have QTelevision represented at any of the past GLBT events in the last few weeks, especially the one right there in NYC?

Even though you may not have had final details to share at that time, would it not have been wise to get your name out there to create a "buzz", if saying nothing other than "Coming Soon" or "Call your cable company and ask for QTV"?
