'Fantasy Football 2003' will provide news and advice to millions of fantasy players while 'Football 101' will be a fast-paced magazine style program devoted to all levels of the sport. TFN and SPIKE's sales forces will work together to sell the advertising time to The Football Network. First Down for the Football Network By Michael Kokernak Baton Rouge, LA: The Football Network (OTC BB: TFNK), founded in 1999, has been gearing up to provide around the clock programming on all things football. The network, while downplaying its lack of NFL coverage, fervently believes that many of this nation's 190 million football fans will tune in for its brand of youth to professional women's games, newsmagazine shows, documentaries, and fantasy football reports. "We'll provide more depth into the world of football than any other network," explained Jerry Solomon, president and CEO of the network. "We plan to be the first portal for when fans want to know what is going on on any level." Making Noise Partly due to channel constraints the network, in addition to providing limited live coverage of Division 1-AA conferences, has taken a multi-media approach to building its brand name. The Football Network (TFN) recently signed a deal with SPIKE to air two half-hours of football programming on Saturday mornings this fall. 'Fantasy Football 2003' will provide news and advice to millions of fantasy players while 'Football 101' will be a fast-paced magazine style program devoted to all levels of the sport. TFN and SPIKE's sales forces will work together to sell the advertising time to The Football Network, advertise on DirecTV, advertise on SPIKE TV. Esquire Magazine has partnered with the network to create a special section -- newsstand date of December 10, 2003 -- previewing college football's first Division 1-AA All-Star Game. Well-known football writers and personalities, including TFN spokesperson Pat Summerall, will write editorials. The Football Network will sell advertising space for the magazine section. Since 1999 the network has used radio as a medium to build momentum for its push to TV. Through "Sports Byline USA", a syndicated radio show heard on over 200 stations, the network's branded segment 'TFN's Football Focus" can be heard by nearly 2.2 million listeners per week. Starting in July the radio shows will air three times per week. "We are bending over backwards for our potential sponsors," said Terry Kassel, Senior Vice President of Sales and Sponsorships." Our staff has been coming up with creative packages to help maximize the effectiveness of advertisers' dollars." Going Live The network's plans to secure cable and DBS distribution have been hampered by a crowded market for sports programming. The NFL has the rights to the professional games and to that end plans to launch the NFL Network on November 4, initially on DirecTV. In addition College Sports Television (CSTV) plans to air 18 NCAA Division 1-AA games during the fall. TFN plans a 'soft launch' in September by producing a slate of Atlantic 10 football "Game of the Week" telecasts to air on Fox Sports New England. Initially the network will air its branded programming only of the weekends into an expected 3 to 5 million cable homes. As distribution grows the network will increase its programming schedule to full time with The Football Network. Contingent upon accepting a tax benefit of approx. $100 million granted by the state of Louisiana TFN is in the process of relocating to Baton Rouge. During its first year in Baton Rouge, while its NFL network, production facility is under construction, TFN will broadcast out of the facilities of the Louisiana Public Broadcasting Corporation. "We are exploding with the hiring of people, staffing up, and building out our interim facility," explained Solomon. "We expect to have 250 full time people in the location when we are fully staffed in about 12 to 18 months."
Michael Kokernak, president of Backchannelmedia, is a frequent contributor to industry publications in regards to the direct response industry and the future of advertising and television in general.

I am impressed by the fact that they do respond to E'mails , but disappointed with the response. I added my complaints yesterday via E'mail to what must have been a huge number of them recently. The person responding posed the following question : "Who is the "scam artist" to whom you refer and on what do you base that statement?". I just can't believe they did not know about Mr. Marcovsky's past. [This message has been edited by krecik (edited June 30, 2004).] IP: Logged |

I am hoping that it gets down to .005 area. I think it will. Without good news this stock is going to go down down down. Not bashing just stating the truth or what i beleive to be the truth. I see a big sell off tomorrow but what do I know. IP: Logged |

quote: I don't see anything below .005. At some point support will kick in and bring it back up over .01. There is no bad news here, nothing has changed, we were at support of .011 just 2 days ago. This is MM games and panic selling, a classic shakeout. If they are hard launching tomorrow, it would be beneficial for them to issue a PR first thing tomorrow morning regarding the launch and that it will be made available to carriers who wish to air it. I would be surprised if they hard launched without a pr, this pr alone could bring the pps up quite a bit tomorrow. These deflated prices will only be temporary, even the bashers will admit that it won't stay at these levels if even one carrier is signed and confirmed. When I've confirmed that their hard launch is on air, I plan to call my cable company tomorrow, and ask them how to formally request a station. I'm going to tell them that Triangle Television is available to any carrier who wishes to pick them up and that I am interested in becoming a subscriber. IP: Logged |

Another Round of soft launch, chapter 11 bankruptcy, everybody dropping their shares, or i mean anything could happen. Obviously something's not going right cuz they brought in another Contract Executive w/e his name is. i think there gonna tumble but then agian if they do get a tv contract their PPS will go up big time. but till i see a contract i'm out. this is a big gamble. high risk--high pay-- simple put IP: Logged |

Daddy's Penny, everything is going on schedule. Soft launch for the industry, hard launch 24/7 July 1, 2004. As the news spreads, momentum builds and the carriers and subscribers' numbers will increase also. We have been informed of steps in the process. What other stocks make this effort to include stock holders? We have picked apart and come up with multiple conclusions for every message and PR. If you have concerns, use the email address. We can't micro-manage and make anything happen faster than its sequence of order. Now, does anyone have experience with stock buybacks - especially the tax free variety? That was an accomplishment listed for Michael in an earlier post. IP: Logged |

Let's not be stupid and overlook the fact that QBID could of had free exposure to millions G/L at the New York parade and decided not to show up. That tells me that there's something not KOSHER here and everybody wants to overlook that fact. This stock is going down in my mind, it has to be a scam {not being at the parade did it for me}. Beleive me folks I hope you all don't lose your money but, you have to admit it does'nt look good. IP: Logged |

Anyone else here email Frank after that hotline message? He did say " I will get back to you" right? Lets see if he does. I'll give him until Monday. After that, my million shares will go to someone else. Every company emails me back with a response. IP: Logged |

I dunno about you guys, but I see this in every stock I vest in, particularily small startup penny stocks...PR's get missed or delayed because THEY are not incharge, the names they want to drop are in charge...if they can't release, they can't release...if they are being told not to, well, at least they got them (assuming he's not blowing sunshine up our respective asses). I am keeping my eyes on the goal...look at the product, look at the current US social climate...it is ripe for this product... That said, I am frustrated, mad even, but I am trying to keep focus... exactly open your eyes people what is being said on the hot line has not been backed up in PR form. Why? because it is not going to happen. I dont know if you caught it so im goign to point it out. ( and i am not Bashing here so read this very carefully) Diana even stated in her post yesterday to have your finger ready on the sell button. This is a good indicator to me there is a problem. There has not been anyone here that has been more possitive on thsi stock then Diana. If she is gettign nervous then you all should be very nervous. This is the first time that i have doubted that I may be wrong about her being a paid pumper. This is JULY 1 PEOPLE do you know where your proffits are?
some of you have watched big big proffits go down the drain. I'm not going to tell anyone to sell. im not goign to tell anyone to buy. I never have and never will I hope for all your sakes im am Drastically wrong and this goes to the moon for you. But i cant see it. GLTA still holding.

If a person comes onto the board and ask questions, being negative or positive i would glady take the time to challenge them by finding something good to rebut what they have said or find any negative info. As an investor you need to look at the good and bad of every stock.. WERE HERE TO MAKE MONEY SO DONT FALL IN LOVE IP: Logged |

Also, he said hard launch... this is not another soft launch, so why all the confusion? Here's what the message states: The hard launch will be tomorrow, and that means that we will be running 8 hours of programming, 3 times. It will be for any carrier that wants to take it, and that has been liscenced, but, we will not be announcing carriers until all contracts have been put together and have been signed, unless we have permission from a specific carrier." This really raises a major concern. They made a effort to be in the convention for the NCTA. They do not show up in the NY gay parade? And they are going to have an office in NY? Hmmm...

I am a share holder of this stock and have been for a long time and I agree with what he's saying 100%. My turning point was the parade in N.Y.C. think about it who, in their right mind would'nd show up at such a huge gathering to expose their plan for the coming QBID station. I would like your explanation on that but, don't lie to your self while answering it. I truly hope from the bottom of my heart that you don't lose your money. IP: Logged |

i dont thkn so. do you know where this company is registred? i will answer you Nevada do you know why it is registereed? I will annswer you again. Companys registered in Nevada do not hold the CEO responcible for failure and the investors can not go after them. Basic stock dd 101 look it up. he will get away with it if that is his intentions.
