TFCT - I registered on the site and bought tickets. CMKX - well nothing yet but when they come out with polar bear etched diamonds or that have maple leafs on them I will buy some. ETC .. the list goes on and on. There are a few companies where you really can not do too much right now but as soon as they have some type of service or a product I am there. It is a great way to help out in my opinion. IP: Logged |

Bob_Dog - I only had about 5 minutes to go through old posts and start compiling a list of suspects. I was doing it very quickly and could have made a mistake. I do not want to post any misinformation , I am not 100% certain the info I collected is correct. I will tell the names PenguinKing mentioned are also on my list. Allstocks , is there a legal reason our IP can not be publicly viewed? If they could be viewed it would at least keep people with a static IP honest. It would not prevent multiple personalities but it would at least make it a little more difficult. [This message has been edited by Krecik1 (edited June 15, 2004).] IP: Logged |

There is no legal reason it is public information everytime you visit any website. It maybe a security issue if the visitors system is not up to date. [This message has been edited by Bob Frey (edited June 15, 2004).] IP: Logged |

I am not saying that this is the best PR to date but it is in no way Fluff. I mean we are expanding offices now, how on earth is this fluff? We hired an advertising person, this is new, no fluff there. We acquiredmore video's. This is what we should be hearing MORE OF... i didnt say it was a fluff PR because the pps dropped - infact its the other way around. and where did i say i didnt see the importance of a NYC presence? I said - i would go check out this "Madison Ave" office (which by the way, if they scaled down their offices in Palm Springs to save $$$, then why are they renting on Madison Ave? one of the the MOST expensive parts of NYC?) Anyhow, I digress... NYC Gay Pride is this month - infact the BIG parade & events are the last week of June...if they are smart, there will be HUGE Qbid Press & Publicity, Gay folks form all over the US come to NYC pride. What a better place to directly market??? We'll see... and why is Frank wiring PRs if they have a big PR firm? Cause they werent there? That's garbage. You give the PR news & updates, and let the qualified folks write a press release.... IMHO IP: Logged |

In a pre-public move to preview a sample of its programming to cable and satellite industry professionals, as well as potential advertisers, Q Television Network will offer a compressed daily broadcast that includes featured programs. The sample highlights Q Television's availability for carriage and sponsorship. As executive vice president Steven Grunberg notes, "This is built by and for the gay community. Rather than a smattering of stereotyped gay characters offered because current market projections indicate it would be profitable, we offer a channel that will unite the gay and lesbian audience through a network that educates, entertains and informs - a network of real value." Beginning June 1, the network will be available for viewing on Intelsat America's 7, 129 degrees West, Channel 1. Olsen, an entrepreneur with a significant background in broadcast, was instrumental in the launch of The Movie Channel prior to its acquisition by Showtime. A pioneer in the development of new radio broadcast formats throughout his 40-year career, Olsen helped create African American radio and started the first gay radio stations. "Just as CNN had tremendous hurdles to overcome, Frank and Q Television Network have had an uphill battle in the launch of Q Television," observes CFO Rene Schenk. "Q Television is positioned to successfully meet the demand that exists for a gay family channel." Original and Acquired Programming With a system of production crews throughout the United States, Q Television Network will offer a combination of original and acquired programming, which includes sports, fashion, travel, health & fitness, talk shows, plays, documentaries and movies. Teams of producers and directors will also bring breaking stories of interest to the network's audience via access to bureaus in Washington, D.C., New York, London, Paris, Moscow, Jerusalem and Iraq. A preview of original programming premiered in May at the National Cable & Telecommunication Association's annual industry conference and was also included in a successful five-hour sample broadcast on May 15, which aired on Cox Cable in Louisiana and Comcast in the Puget Sound Region. Included in that preview was "I Will, I Do, We Did," an original Q Television documentary exploring gay and lesbian marriage in America that offers an inside glimpse of the challenges faced by this community. Independent films, such as "An Intimate Friendship" and the award-winning "Straightman," are other examples of what will be available on the network, as well as commercial fare such as Bette Midler's "Divine Madness" concert. About Q Television Network This television network was organized to create and develop a network devoted to providing television programming for the gay and lesbian community. While the company expects much of its subscriber base to be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. The company's programming will be available on a subscription basis to those desiring its programming. The network will broadcast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. HERE IS MY REPORT ON TRIP TO PALM SPRINGS. TO ONE AND ALL QBID HOLDERS: IT IS 6:00 PM CALIFORNIA TIME. I APOLOGIZE FOR LATENESS OF THE POST. I HAVE NOT EATEN TO 2 DAY'S DUE TO TRAVEL TIME AND MY EXCITEMENT OF MEETING WITH FRANK AND CREW. I HAD TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT AND REST A FEW MINUTES. YOU KNOW HOW STRONGLY I FEEL ABOUT THE COMPANY AND IMPORTANCE OF THE WORK THAT THEY HAVE ACCOMPLISHED AND WILL CONTINUE TO ACCOMPLISH. THEY ARE ALL SIMPLY WONDERFUL HUMAN BEINGS. ALL I CAN SAY IS I HAVE HAD A FABULOUS DAY. I FEEL LIKE THE TRUE QUEEN OF QBID. OUR BOUNCING BABY QBID IS GROWING AND EXPANDING AND HEALTHY. LOL I ONLY GOT TO SPEAK WITH FRANK FOR A FEW MINUTES. HE, AS I HAS SAID BEFORE IS A VERY INTELLIGENT MAN. ALSO HE IS QUITE BUSY, I FELT PRIVILEGED IN EVEN HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK WITH HIM. I FEEL HE AND HIS STAFF ARE HONEST AND SINCERE INDIVIDUALS WHO WILL DO EVERYTHING WITHIN THEIR POWER TO LAUNCH Q TELEVISION NETWORK. I, AS I SAID BEFORE I LEFT FOR CALIFORNIA, HAD NO EXPECTATIONS OF FINDING OUT ANYTHING THAT WE HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED OF THRU PR'S. I AM VERY HEAVILY INVESTED IN THIS COMPANY AND AS A SHAREHOLDER I WANTED TO SEE IT FOR MYSELF. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID. THE OFFICE IS SMALL AND VERY, VERY BUSY. DURING MY CONVERSATION WITH FRANK HE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE IN AND OUT OF THE OFFICE WITH MANY QUESTIONS AND MADE MANY APPOINTMENTS. WITH WHOM, I DO NOT KNOW. I THANKED HIM FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO LET ME MEET WITH HIM AND VERIFY THE VALIDITY OF HIS COMPANY. HE THANKED ME FOR THE SUPPORT THAT I HAVE FOR THE Q TELEVISON NETWORK AND I ASSURED HIM THAT I WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT HIM AND HIS ENDEAVOR TO LAUNCH THE 1ST GAY/LESBIAN Q TELEVISION NETWORK IN THE USA. I HAVE NO MORE NEWS FOR YOU THAN I HAD THIS MORNING WHEN I LAST POSTED. WHAT I DO HAVE IS A VERY STRONG SENSE OF MY OWN JUDGMENT THAT Q TELEVISION NETWORK WILL LAUNCH. I BELIEVE IN FRANK AND HIS ABILITY TO LAUNCH THIS NETWORK. AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE--I AM NO ONE SPECIAL--ANYONE ONE OF YOU COULD HAVE CAME CALIFORNIA, JUST AS I DID AND QTN.--IMHO-- IS OFFERING US THE OPPORTUNITY AS THE SMALL INVESTOR, TO ACCOMPLISH FINANCIAL GOALS BEYOND OUR WILDEST DREAMS. QTN EXITS--IT IS A FRIENDLY WORKING OFFICE WITH A COMMON GOAL. LAUNCHING THE FIRST QAY/LESBIAN TV NETWORK IN THE UNITED STATES. I BELIEVE THEY WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN. I BELIEVE IN FRANK AND HIS CREW. I BELIEVE WE WILL BE INFORMED THRU PR'S OF UPCOMING INFORMATION AS FRANK AND DEVANEY PR. FIRM FEEL THAT IT IS NECESSARY TO INFORM THE PUBLIC. I AM GLAD I MADE THIS TRIP AND I AM GLAD THAT I MET A VERY HARD WORKING TEAM OF INDIVIDUALS EMBARKING UPON AND WORKING TOWARDS A COMMON GOAL. I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY WILL GIVE UP UNTIL THEY SUCCEED. THAT IS MY OPINION. I PLAN TO CONTINUE TO INVEST IN QBID AND ADD TO MY HOLDING. I DO NOT BELIEVE AT THIS TIME THAT I WILL CONTINUE TO DAY/SWING TRADE THIS STOCK. I AM GOING TO HOLD ONTO WHAT I HAVE AND ADD TO IT WHEN I CAN WITH EARNING FROM MY OTHER TRADES. THIS IS JUST MY SITUATION. EVERYONE ELSE MUST FIND AND BE COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR OWN TRADING TECHNIQUES. THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT FOR THE Q TELEVISION NETWORK. I AM EXHAUSTED AND WILL SEE YOU ALL IN THE MORNING HERE ON THE BOARD. HAVE A GREAT EVENING. REST ASSURED YOUR MONEY IS IN GOOD HANDS WITH THE Q TELEVISION NETWWORK. IMHO

TO THE INSANE ONE: First of all that information is the result of multiple persons doing dd, not you alone. Second giving proper credit to those persons is considered to be in good taste. Third......BOB....you got on to me for posting L2's too close together..citing disk space...must we have multiple repeats on this thread of this same info...it takes way to long to go through it...and wastes considerably more disk space than L2's. Thanks Bob in advance. Mike

*munching popcorn* Interesting stuff about the IP addresses. I have to disagree with part of Bob Frey's post a few pages back though.. the one about not worrying who's who. I completely agree with him about the need for people do have their own strategies and not worry what other people think. However, I get the impression that certain users here have created a following of newbies who hang on their every word. Because of this, their credibility is absolutely relevant to the discussion. If dozens, maybe hundreds, possibly thousands of lurkers are making investment decisions based on [blank]'s advice, recommendations, and statements of "fact", I think that not only are they morons, but that they should at least have a clear idea of who they're taking advice from. I don't think anything said on here will affect the stock at all. Only Frank and Co. can do that... but I do think that while thousands of people come here for information and advice, they should feel comfortable not only questioning the information provided, but who provided it and how it was received. Not that anyone here actually is spreading lies or using multiple accounts... -R IP: Logged |

I can often tell who to give credit by the typeing style. As and example. Someone who always types in all caps and a post with a lot of lowercase typing will, IMHO, be created by different people. That's just my opinion. I was wrong once before IP: Logged |

I still have not found his resume on the website. Am I looking in the wrong spot? And yes it is important - if the VIACOM share holders are looking at us and see that we have an old website and what is stated in our PR is not even on our website I hope they do not view the company in a bad light. if cmkx had followers like qbid, the price would've never dropped. we would've moved mountains. a lot of weak hands there. qbid can go down from 1.5 cents to .5 cents and people just buy more. i don't understand what the deal is. anyway, if i hold qbid for 8 more months i will only pay 15 percent tax on it. ;-) IP: Logged |
